  Not a really nice experience

  The people in the reception dont speak proper english so they are really unhelpful, you cant ask them anything because they get nervous and answer in thai language. The property is not close to downtown and often the taxi drivers dont know where to go which makes it always an expensive ride. The cleaners didnt clean properly the bedroom, the bed is SUPER SUPER hard and the pillows the size of a mountain, got a huge back pain after my stay here. Most importantly, STAFF IN ANY HOTEL MUST SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH!!! Work on this!!

  Great stay!

  The apartments are just as they look inn the pictures. The staff is helpful. Only drawback is the small amount of kitchen stuff. Would have loved a knife and a cutting bord. Quiet area,crossfit box 50 meters away

  Fabulous deal

  The hotel is quite new, very worth the stay especially for the one to drive, about 2 kms from Maya shopping mall in a quite area. All room set up like one bedroom apartment, spacious space, all amenities are in good condition, room was clean, all rooms are with King size bed, 2 pillows in which quite high but the 2 extra pillows are just perfect. I will definitely going back to this hotel, and also recommend this to the one who drive a car.

  Best budget hotel in Chiangmai for me

  I had to travel to Chiangmai quiet often recently on my job and just require a nice clean place to stay for a few days each time, so I have change the hotel every time I was there to seek for the better and worth what was paid and finally I found one almost perfect. I wonder why some guest gave this pkace a terrible rate due to different expectation and need. So this is a budget hotel which cuts all the unnecessary luxurious out to push the price to US $20 a night. What can u get in western countries for a otice loke this is a dirty and small room but here u get a modern studio unit with separate small pantry and relaxing corner with a sofa and double 32 inches LED Tv in both bedroom and relaxing/dining-pantry room. Bathroom has full glass door separate shower area from toilet which is very diffucukt to find in hotel of this price. Very ckean and quiet. But u have to have your own transportation as it is about 5 miles from the city and there are too many "B2" branches in Chiangmai which would make taxi driver confuse but this is common in big city as Chiangmai where tgere are ten thousands of hotel. The mattress i found very firm and comfort this is the matter of choice for each person. Cooking utensile , microwave. 5 cu ft fridge are provided in the room.My only complain was that there is no kleenex in the room but toilet paper cuz many Thais use Toilet oaoer for the same ourpose as Kleenex. Anyway I would conclude that this is a 5 star budget hotel, very clean and more than u eoect from a 600 baht/ night.

  Comfortable room for stay, Good location and Beautiful View, Easy for finding for food around

  This is the third timed for we came back to stayed, we booked 2 room stayed for 4 night, firstly very appreciate with the reservation when we call direct to the hotel for confirmed the room we mention that's we had grand mum go with us, she arrange the room on the same floor for we can easy take care, when check-in the another reception look not too service mind but we need to avoid this because need to keep going only good emotion for my Birthday vacation, the room was clean and comfortable for stay, fulled amenity and sanitary set up in use. on the Third day SOMEBODY OPEN THE DOOR WITH OUT DOOR KNOCK DURING I'M NAKED!! i just hurry take boxer and open the door i saw hotel staff went down to stair. then i called to reception for asked i got information that's Hotel Manager need to fix the ceiling in the toilet, just wounder why not inform to me in advance!! , the others problem it's the drain tube was stuck and floating. but the over all for the room it's nice with beautiful mountain view, good location for transport, easy for finding any food around and the price very good valued.
