  Good hotel for 1-2 days trip

  Nice hotel with price/location/service. Ideal for 1-2 days stay. 35 min from airport, main street (some traffic). Small parking near hotel and several good restaurants. Good internal restaurant. Fresh redecoration.

  Nice Experience

  Great staff, Very Clean and Prompt Room service. The location was great with a nearby bus stop. Would have been helpfull if the house keeping staff understood and conversed more in English. However undertanding the business ecnomics and geographical location of the Hotel, I wouldnt ask fro too much :)

  Worst hotel ever

  So I booked this hotel for my friend recently. While booking I have chosen "pay with card" (not "guarantee the booking" or whatsoever, there was an option that clearly stated "pay with card") option on their website and provided my credit card information. Then I called the front desk and asked the woman that picked up the phone to check if everything was alright and mentioned that my account has not been charged yet. She told me "this happens sometimes, do not worry, you will receive the text message shortly". So my friend spent the night there and left. And here the fun begins. I receive an email from someone called Mingazova Azaliya. It goes: "you have to pay for the room". I say ok charge my card provided during the process of the booking. She sends me another email saying she cannot charge it for some reason (I think they just lost it or whatever) and I have to provide my credit card information again and sign some papers etc. Well I am traveling and I do not have printer/scanner traveling with me to print the documents. But. This could have been my fault if I did not provide my info while booking. But I did. And I cannot get the reply from them - why on the world they cannot charge the damn card which has enough money to live a couple of years in this hotel. Especially minding that the option I chose for payment was pay online. Can you imagine what this stupid woman does next? She gives a call to my friend's girlfriend (not a wife, a girlfriend) and discloses my confidential info to someone I never met and someone formally not related to the hotel guest concerned. I have no idea what she said to her but at the end of the day my friend's girlfriend thinks that the guy has an affair with me. Thus I am going to write a detailed complaint to rospotrebnadzor and the head of azimut group. I won't leave this like that.

  Grrat Stay, with great price

  The hotel was very good, the staff was great, the receiption speaks a good english shich is grrat for forninger. Which them all the best. The problem was with the room service that they come in during the nap time, also sometimes forget to change water. But overall it was good experience

  quality...as function of the floor

  I've been in UFA for business.. The hotel was quite full, the firts day I had a room in the 5th floor..rather small and somehow smelly, the other nights on the 3rd.. muuuch better. Top Breackfast buffet
