  good and at a walking distant from the olympic park

  Its a massive property with over 10 blocks with facilities that grasps more than what a 3 star hotel usually have. From nice swimming pools to fitness centers and bars inside the premises, the hotel is at a walking distance from the Sochi Olympic park and 5 minutes drive from the black sea. The rooms are bright and have balconies that can either open to the pool side or to the refreshing greenery(in case you get a room in building 8,9,10 or 11) that makes your day every time you slide your room curtains. The only problem i faced was communicating in english with the house keeping staff.

  Pleasantly surprised!

  A large hotel with a lot of opportunities for recreation. Fitness, bicycle rental, playgrounds, swimming pools, cafes for every taste, fast internet. Very beautiful inner territory. The beach is 10 minutes walk. Hospitable staff. Comfortable rooms. Near the Olympic Park.

  Great location in a very friendly environment

  Stayed here for 2 nights during the World Cup in Russia. This was the Olympic Village for the Winter Games in 2014, and was later adapted into a resort great for families with lots of places tp go, activities, pools, etc. It is located in a walking distance to the beach (Black Sea) and to the Sports Complex (Stadium, F1 race, Ice Hockey, etc.) Many restaurants inside to all tastes, laundry service, a 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, all you can imagine in one place. Would love to be back with more time.

  Perfect family vacation

  Very perfect family vacation place to stay. Huge well-kept ground with swimming pools. Cozy , comfortable rooms with necessary staff. Its ideal for three star hotels in Sochi. Want to notice well done job of guy on reception (Danila) he made our check in easy and comfortable with smile and his professionalism of nice communication. Location is good. Not far from airport (10km) and close to all Olympic 2014 sightseeing and Black Sea. Many entertainment u can find on territory. We had dinner in Graf Orlov restaurant and all family was thankful to chef for wonderful BBQ and salads. Maria who helped with dish choice was very polite, delicate,fair , well spoken.

  Moderate quality hotel

  I stood here one week in standart room including breakfasts and dinners. Cleanliness is not so bad,but they have changed my linen and towels once per week only. Sound insulation is poor, you can hear all your neighbours,when they are laughing,wathcing tv,take shower etc.... The corridors carpets are not cleaned perfectly.But,anyway,for this price this is acceptable. They have offered breakfasts in Bon Appetit restaurant and dinners in Brudershaft restaurant.More less I was satisfied with ofdered meals,but I suggest to improve it.Every day youll have absolutely the same food,there is no choice there.All markets located on hotel area are triple expensive than outside. I recommend to stay here without included meal and eat somewhere outside.
