In Cahul on BusinessNot a lot of smiles, but nice people and good service. Furniture was very dated, but beds comfortable and decent Internet. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was included and very good. Evening meals were better taken outside or downstairs as the primary restaurant allowed smoking. All throughout Cahul, wild dogs roam free and the all night barking takes some time to get used, but a city not hotel problem. Most everything in Cahul is within walking distance. All in all, I had a great stay and would return.

Simply does what it says on the tinThe hotel is located just a few steps away from the city centre, convenient for the shops and local amenities. Spacious, without extra luxury, room with all you need for couple of nights sleep on a business trip. Furniture weren't new, but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free wi fi in the room. Decent breakfast included in price. Definitely worth its money. I would stay there again.

Only real hotel in CahulService was good, breakfast was simple but good, rooms are spacious and clean. The bar was decent and safe. I recommend staying here for the pure fact it is centrally located and in walking distance of all the restaurants.

Good, but expensiveIt's two star hotel in the center of Cahul. Close to all restaurants, shops and pubs, it's a perfect place to stay. Hotel is quite expensive and it's only two stars one. Breakfast is included, staff speak English and there's free wi-fi available.

acceptable hotelThis is probably one of the only hotels in Cahul so travellers are not offered a big choice. The 60's structure is in itself in a way an attraction - the decor and design of the rooms are an experience. The rooms ( at least the delux ones) are little suits with a living room and seperate bedroom. The toilet and bathroom are seperate. The room connects to a veranda (a closed glass structure with a window. There is only airconditioning in the living room, and so I slept on the sofa since the bedroom was unbearably hot. The design of the rooms is made for winter more than hot climate. The hotel is clean enough but really quite simple. Internet was slow but was sufficient. If booking the side facing the town center and market is better (because the other side gets so much more sun). The breakfast is limited to a fixed menu of choosing one out of a few combinations, there is no flexibility, but quality is good. The restaurant is surprisingly good and authentic, it served a variety of Moldovan cuisine in the very pleasant outside patio, the menu varied and staff very pleasant.
