  perfect place for a vacation...

  Starting from the reception, you receive a very warm welcome from everyone. Always smiles on the faces and ready to help you anyway they can. Surrounding is nice, green and silent. Great place, especially for people with children. Water is great, sandy beach and also children can step on sand if they get tired while swimming. Food is delicious. In the evenings, nice to enjoy your drink and food with a great sunset. Rooms and cosy, comfortable. You don't have to worry about climbing any steps to and from the rooms because they are all on ground level. You definitely get your money's worth. For me, best in Sarimsakli...

  Hotel near the sea

  The hotel is near the sea.It has a nice beach.Also nice garden covered with grass.The rooms are big very simple.Rooms need restoration especially the Bathrooms. drinks and food expensive .Hotel is Also close to the city center 10 mintues drive Also there are markets around.At night it is better to go Cunda sland.its 20 mintues drive there are nice fish restorants at the sland.

  Poor service versus overvalued prices

  We have been using only the beach facilities of the hotel more than 10 years. We have noticed a decreasing service level and increasing prices. This year we again entered to the beach facility by paying 50 TRY per person where nothing is included. Then we ordered manti for lunch. Our order arrived 30 minutes later and the food is cold as ice which is supposed to be a hot meal. The bottle of water is priced almost double with respect to other beach clubs. I strongly advice to use El Turco beach or Long Beach which are located just beside. The entrance fees of these places are almost 1/5 of Aytas Beach and the drinks are almost half priced.

  Holiday

  Absolutely first class. No frills no spa no swimming pool! Beautiful sandy beach crystal clear sea. Service can be a bit hit and miss but always service with a smile and Not One Foreign Tourist! Which was great! Due to exchange rate very cheap and breakfast and dinner was first class. We stayed in the new bungalows slap bang on the beach which were simple but more than met our needs. We took cabs to Cunda and Ayvalik again very cheap. Heaven! Don't want others to go will spoil it. If you are looking for peace and a reset look no further. Transfer from Izmir airport about 3 hours that is only fly in the ointment! But well with it.

  I...

  I wanted to rate the hotel as terrible then I remembered the workers were professional so I opted for poor ...This hotel is cat fishing people or maybe I just happen to get the wrong room ...I will start with the negative as I make my way to the positive ...The rooms need major upgrade ...Everything is old including the bed sheets .The outside of the hotel looks better than the inside ...The hotel grounds and sea is good but the rooms meh .... The internet keeps going on and off ......breakfast is okay but they can do better ...The food was fine and the workers are friendly and nice ...However be very careful ordering alcoholic drinks from the open bar ...drinks cost more than in five star hotel ...I wish I knew early ...I was forced to buy from outside because the drink prices were ridiculous ..Maybe the have better rooms..Then I requested for a taxi ..The taxi came with a fake meter ...I am lucky that I have lived in turkey otherwise I would have ended up paying $100 for a trip around town ...But why ... the only thing I like about this hotel was the staff and the outside environment .. everything else was a major fail
