  Un buen hotel, bien ubicado, confortable, limpio, staff profesional

  Me alojé en una suite y era muy cómoda. Diría que todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel fueron muy bien prestados. Está muy bien ubicado en el área de Seal Beach / Los Alamitos, muy cerca ( 200 a 500 mts) hay varios centros comerciales, también una buena oferta gastronómica. Si tuviera que recomendar algo para mejorar, diría que el desayuno (que fué bueno) debería tener un poco más de variedad.

  Great Hospitality!

  The Ayers hotel delivers a great experience in the best location. Great front desk associates , The best housekeeping team. Hot breakfast every day is delicious. The chefs are always cooking to make sure ev is hot and available.

  One night stay

  I have used this hotel for my daughter's stay for years. This time I decided to stay here. Excellent accommodations and service !! Staff very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast feature is a bonus !! I highly recommend The Ayres Hotels !!

  Disappointing breakfast

  Usually when I come breakfast is decent and the cook is very friendly and accommodating. Not today. I came downstairs at 6:10. It was obvious the cook was late to work. Hash browns were being cooked on the flat top and there were none in the tray. Bacon was barely cooked, all flubbery and inedible for me. There was syrup so I asked if there were pancakes. The website shows fluffy pancakes. No pancakes. I asked what then the syrup was for. The cook curtly replied it was for french toast later on. I asked for toast. There was jelly and butter so I figured it was a safe assumption there would be toast. No toast. I wasnt offered an alternative so I asked about the butter and jelly. Only then was I curtly told there were english muffins only. I requested one and I received it under done, barely warm through the middle which I couldnt tell because it was put together and handed to me in a box. No yogurt. No oatmeal. No hardboiled eggs. The cook was curt, impatient and borderline rude. The worst breakfast experience Ive had since staying here, this particular Ayers, in 12 years, 3rd time since Covid.

  Excellent Hotel Experience

  Very helpful, pleasant staff. Room was very clean, and I have high standards. A little pricey compared to other hotels with similar rooms and amenities, but I appreciated the competent and kind staff and cleanliness of hotel.
