  GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

  We stayed one night in a very cheap room, only $85pn, so did not expect much. But to our surprise it was great. Not a huge room, but very clean and comfortable, and well presented. We would definitely stay there again next time we come to Ayr, which is often. And we have stayed at most of them :)

  Overnight Stay

  We have stayed here twice now and I would highly recommend it. We will always stay here. Michelle is fantastic, she helped us in an awkward situation and we are thankful for it. It is close to the venue we go to when in Ayr. Great location and easy access

  Excellent

  This motel is a beautiful place to stay just on the outside of town. During the coronavirus pandemic we traveled between states which meant that we had to government mandated quarantine for 14 days (we were all in good health). The owners of the motel could not have been more accommodating! They did everything they could to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even went to the store for us when as we werent allowed to leave our rooms. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained, and we had all the facilities we needed. If youre staying in Ayr, this is where you want to be.

  Great Hospitality

  I drove up from Brisbane to help a friend in the local plant nursery n asked him to book me into a motel. We arrived at Ayr Max. Checked in n went to my room. It was my home for 5 nights! The room was very comfortable - had all the mod cons - microwave, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, and an iron. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There's air con n ceiling fan. Own under the cover car park. The tariffs are reasonably priced and only a few minutes from town. The hospitality was just great!! I would recommend booking Ayr Max Motel.

  Ayr Max Motel

  Reasonably clean and comfortable for a Budget price Motel. Great water pressure and hot water. Dated and run down but apparently under new management. Although online photos look more like previous than current.
