  Unfriendly staff specially receptionist girl. So rude.

  Bad experience when we were staying at this hotel. I dont understand why they so rude to us. Maybe because my husband is a foreigner. We booked 2 rooms. We quite often had some arguing. The worst is when our kids in the pool. We keep asking for towels. Need to asked 4 times to actually get it. Order some drink with ants in it. Omg. Not recommended to stay.

  OK hotel, but does not provide an airport shuttle as advertised!

  We stayed here for 2 nights as we needed a place to drop our bags for 1 evening as we were doing the midnight tour for Mount Bromo which was several hours away by car. So we only really slept here for 1 night. Room is decent and modern. Bit of a strange layout, but in all fine for what we needed - a place to crash. Our biggest issue was we selected hotels based on airport shuttles. The hotel said it had one, but when we tried to arrange this they said they were all booked but when we arrived to the hotel they said they dont offer this. They do arrange taxis for you however. But would be good if they removed this as a facility from their online profile as it is misleading. PS - the hotel told us a taxi should not cost more than 100K rupiah for a taxi from airport to the hotel so make you dont get ripped off! Some taxi men were trying to charge us 150-200k. Pros: Comfortable bed Decent shower A/C works well - nice cool room Cons: Had to kill quite a few mosquitoes in our room! Curtains cant really close properly, lets in quite a bit of light No airport shuttle as advertised Noisy room doors slam shut

  Nice stay

  It was a nice stay for me at La Lisa Hotel. The room was big enough for me. The breakfast was good. They have quiet varies traditional snacks for breakfast. Unfortunately, during my stay, it was quite packed, thus I have to asked for several times to asked for my laundry being picked up or borrow some plate and spoon.

  GOOD SERVICE GOOD ROOMS

  A great hotel in the south of the city. The resraurant is very" javanese" style. food is good enough rate is ok, Rooms are very modern, bathroom is good and there is a genius interior designer who makes the doors for the bathroom easy to open and close, bathroom and toilets in one door. Lovely hotel

  Newish hotel, great breakfast, fast WiFi, comfy beds

  I stayed at this hotel to visit a friends wedding around the area. Take note most of the malls like Pakuwon mall (the biggest mall) is 45 min drive around 55k IDR via grab.. The beds are comfy, check in time is strictly after 2pm and checkout is 12pm. I found mosquitos in the room as other reviews had mentioned so I always sprayed myself with insect repellant when Im in the room. See my photos for the dead mosquitos! But other than that, I loved my stay!!! The breakfast was scrumptious, loads to choose from. The omelette station was really nice! Some of the food like the vegetable gratin and like fried fish pieces with lemon dill were tasteless .. but stick to the Indonesian food, it gives you a wide flavour of the local food. Im from singapore but even the gado gado station was amazing to me! The WiFi is blazing fast, you dont have to keep logging in. They changed my hotel room from 318 which was a corner room to 408 as they told me my aircon stopped working but I wish I didnt move as 318 was a corner room and you couldnt hear anyone on the corridor. 408 was Too close to the lift landing so.. I kept waking up when guests opened and closed the doors or when they talked along the corridor. You can request off a hair dryer.. theres one international power dock near the electric kettle.. the rest are the Indonesian 2 prong round plugs. Would recommend la lisa hotel again!
