  We are so happy to be there they were so good . Espcielly animator Cagdas and Derya was so good also we are sure that next year we gonna come back . The hotel was small was good i wish you gonna will be better

  Beautiful place with great service

  Gorgeous place with very attentive staff. Lovely pool area. Perfect for people with families. Close to main city for shopping spree and local attractions. Gorgeous beach area with plenty of water sports on offer.

  Holiday gem

  Booked as a last minute getaway with friends, the hotel looked ideal. You can never be sure though until arrival. On arrival there were hand sanitiser points throughout reception, disposable face masks for adults and children, and staff were wearing face masks. So immediately we felt safe. Reception was clean and the staff were very attentive, although there was a language barrier. We muddled through though. Taken to our rooms, we walked into a perfectly clean and comfortable room. Decor was pleasant, and we had a fridge with soft drinks and water, a safe, and a balcony with side sea view, and side mountain view, looking over the neighboring hotel's huge pool area. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, bidet toilet, hairdryer and large shower. My shower wasn't very powerful, but my friends was. It must depend on your room. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Lifts had sensor hand sanitiser units, and the main restaurant couldn't be accessed without temperature checks or masks. Mask wearing while moving around the restaurant was enforced, and all food and drink was served at the screened buffet. Lots of choice of food, but some days were better than others. Tables were cleared incredibly fast! The pool and beach areas look impeccably clean, and never felt crowded. Always plenty of beds to choose from. The beach is better than I have seen at a lot of more expensive hotels. Very well equipped with umbrellas and canopies, tables and beds, and walk ways. Again, impeccably maintained beach body and feet rinsing stations. Drinks never took very long at any of the bars, although many of the staff weren't familiar with English, and drinks could be hit and miss. It was quite comical at times and definitely didn't cause us any concern. All staff were friendly and did their best. Our favourite was hard working Baris who took our drinks orders at the pool bar tables most evenings, and always got the orders perfect. He was always happy and even when incredibly busy, would make us smile and made us feel at home. Mehmet at the bar was a lovely character, and liked to entertain when serving our drinks. Special mention to Caca of the animation team. Always smiling and chatty, and very genuine. The animation team are all very smily and cheerful, and encourage you to take part without being pushy. The bbq chef was also very lovely and did a fantastic job of cooking our chosen food to perfection. It would have been nice to have had more British guests to speak to as the hotel is mostly filled with Russians, Ukranians, or Germans. The karaoke was mostly Russian songs I think because me and my friends weren't brave enough to sing! The Mongolian circus we watched was fantastic though. Definitely a hotel I would visit again

  We are really happy to be there . This hotel is really good . Next year we want to be there again . I want to talk about animation team they are really professional . Espcielly Entertainment manager derya deniz an the best animator cagdas(caca) they are really friendly.kind . And the bad thing is about the hotel in the room we hav just one electric socket . And we are 4 person it is really big problem for us .

  Superb hotel

  The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are exceptional, friendly an helpful. Covid 19 rules were in place, temperature taken when checking in and also when entering all restaurants, hand sanitiser on every table and stations scattered around the hotel, even in the elevators. Pools are clean, beds plentiful even on the beach. The food could be a little repetitive but have found this in all all inclusive hotels. There was one thing i would like to point out though, the hotel guests were mainly Russian, English, although spoken by some staff, was not really catered for at this hotel. There is not a lot immediately out side the hotels but a 5 min walk to bus station
