EXCELLANT LOCATION FOR TRAVELLERS USING THE AIRPORTStayed for three nights in this Hotel on an official tour to the city. I will briefly highlight the pros and cons so that it assists our fellow travelers: First the pros- i)This Hotel is all about Location, 5 mins walk from the Terminal 1, bang on the western expressway and opposite to the iconic " Sahara Star" Hotel.In one word the location is excellent. ii)Room size is more than adequate by Mumbai standards, with all the essentials like tea/coffea machine, TV, mini fridge, wardrobe, Hot and cold water, comfortable bed etc. iii)Room service is good, rooms are cleaned daily. Overall the Hotel is well maintained. iv)the buffet breakfast has a good variety of choices. For non veg eggs are available. Now the cons- i)the food as per the menu card is horribly expensive.Just a few examples,mineral water is Rs.60/- a bottle, 90% of the vegetables are Rs.300/- and above per plate, orange juice is Rs.100/- a glass etc. ii)Check out time should be 24 Hours as is the norm now and not 12.00 O'clock as is at present. iii)After meals in the room the plates etc. should be taken away immediately or else it smells and is unhygienic.

Not value for moneyFrom the pictures I saw in the net was very good but when reached hotel, i found it is bit old hotel, room was not tidy, old style window ac without much cooling, old bathrooms etc. However food was very delicious. Advantage is just opposite to domestic terminal. Avoidable unless necessary.

Pathetic HotelMy childhood friend had come for a conference and after his conference he extended his stay for one night to meet the us who are staying in Mumbai. We decided to meet at this hotel where he had booked his room. We reached there before he could check in and he was told that guests are not allowed in the room. We requested tha we are not going to stay only for an hour or two but the receptionist did not budge in the name of policy. The taff and manager were so rude that they told him if he wishes he can cancel the booking also but he would not allow us (all of us are men in our 45 and we were just 2 of us apart from the hotel guest who is also a man.) Never seen such weird policy.

I would give this a missI know of hotels that constantly upgrade to have a fresh look but this is the opposite. In fact the space is awkward and if you happen to visit the washroom you would know why. Not sure what the rooms are like but you certainly wont feel like coming again.

Worst Experience EverStarting from the checkin, the manager at checkin said no couples allowed firstly. Post to that after checkin there was no room service available, after entering the room the entire room was filthy dirty. From Cushions to bedsheet, every where there was hair in the room. Now comes the worst part, while I entered the bathroom a used towel is kept hanging there. While I informed the same to the manager he said OK he will have it replaced, he sent a security guard post our second call of demand to send fresh bedsheets and pillows. The security guard came as in he was there to shout at us saying AUR KUCH CHAHIYE ABHI in a very harsh tone. This is for everyone to understand that this is the worst every hotel I have stayed at and seriously it's the truth. I am a hotelier from the last 10 years and this is not what someone would expect inspite of it being a 3 star hotel. I simply suggest avoid this place as it's dangerous especially during covid times and you can fall ill due to the hygiene standards there.
