Scruffy and unwelcomingThe location was fine within walking distance to the beautiful main square, but so disappointed with the hotel itself. The carpets were dirty and stained, the bedroom and ensuite grim. Our bed linen was old. Breakfast was unappetising. The staff didn't seem to care. Overall it was by far the worst hotel I stayed in during my visit to Iran, such a shame. The wifi service was poor.

Great Location but noisyAvin hotel which is a new hotel in Isfahan, has a great location but the rooms on the side of main street are really noisy and i don't recommend the rooms on this side of hotel. But other aspects of this hotel are very good. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

Old looking and noisyI stayed there with family for 3 nights, the rooms on the side of main street are really noisy and crazy, we could not sleep well .Rooms are not clean and brown color has made the hotel too old and dirty .You need to take the slow moving lift to reach to the lobby located in 1st floor .No yard, garden and space for family with children. Breakfast is acceptable. Free wifi available in rooms but very poor and slow .Would not stay there any more

3 Star only Make sure your room has no common door with another room. Our room had a common door with another join room so we had absolutely NO privacy ! Since we could hear other guests LOUD and CLEAR till Mid night so dont count on having a good night sleep if u get one of these rooms which called family suit so after going down to reception at midnight to raise my concern, the person in charge was very understanding and he called the guests to keep quiet and we finally could sleep. Breakfast buffet is very good and has great variety. Quality of lunch was good . eating street food in small shops could be very risky since they dont follow food safe rules so its better eat at hotel if you have no preference . All Staff very respectful friendly and helpful . Centrally located with many interesting attractions in walking distance. Based on quality of bedding and bathrooms and bathroom and comfort in room I grade this hotel as 3 Star only . Keep in mind with inflation and drop of Iranian currency to all time low the average worker wages has not changed and it is very difficult for them to make ends meat. So pls be generous and give tip to people who serve and helping you daily. 20000 Riyal or more which is equal to 15 min taxi fare is minimum I recommend u should tip. traveling to Iran is not meant for group of travellers with who are looking for luxury and high expectations . Iran has lots to offer and if you keep that in mind you will have a great time and life lasting memory from Iran.

Not recommendedWill not even come around this hotel again, the only good thing about the hotel is welcoming and nice behavior of the hotels staff. We should arrange some qualified elements to call a hotel 4 stars in Iran.
