  Nice hotel for peaceful vocation

  Hotel location is quite and peaceful within walking distance to every thing that you need. Good environment with caring owner and suitable for families with young children. We booked two rooms Deluxe Family and single standard room. Rooms were big and equip with LCD TV, a coffee maker,Cups AC and an electronic safe. Unfortunately our Deluxe Family room is not as clean as standard one was . Avila swimming pool is good and we enjoyed a lot but it need some repair work plus water was heavily chlorinated . Avila claim to provide free drop at Jomitin beach but we requested number of times but it was not arranged by reception staff . During our stay hotel was not as good as some reviews this might be due to the low season. Good value of money hotel

  Quiet stay away from the rush

  We stayed as a family of 5 sharing one of the upstairs villa's.The staff were helpful & very friendly.We thoroughly enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast every morning.The Avila was far enough away from main street Pattaya but the complimentary Tuk Tuk was fantastic.The owner is one in a million

  Great vacation!

  My friend and I were in this hotel in April. There is a great pool, green territory and very friendly people who work there. Room was large and clean. Drinking water brought every day. The breakfasts were good but monotonous. There were also fruits and juice. You will not be hungry. Also, street food was not so far from the hotel. You may buy anything you want: fruits, pancakes with different fillings, Tom Yam (Thai soup). 10 minute walk to the sea. But I recommend you better go to the islands and swim there. The hotel located close to the center and Walking Street. You can get there by tuk-tuk (10 baht one way). Pattaya has many beautiful places and attractions. You may go to Big Buddha Temple, crocodile farm, Tropical Botanical Garden "Nong Nooch", the Sanctuary of Truth and many other places. It is closest to go to Cambodia.

  Avila Resort Pattaya

  Hotel and Resort location is very good and good property. UNFORTUNATELY STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND DON't know how to talk to customer except one or two. The manager of the property is very good but, the front desk staff (not all) are very rude and they don't know how to behave

  Homely place

  Stayed here during our Pattaya stop and discovered a wonderful quiet, homely place. Beautiful villas and large airy rooms. Loved this place. My only regret is that they do not serve lunch or dinner to their guests, considering it's off the main road. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and wholesome.
