  House Rental was beautiful

  We rented a house in Aviana Resort. The house was beautiful and big enough for our whole family. My daughter was getting married at Disney and the location was convenient to Disney and there were supermarkets in the area to pick up some basic things we needed for the house. There was also a pool at the house so it was great for the kids. They also had one ata the resort but we never used that one. Resort was very well kept.

  Amazing Resort!

  There have been many reviews about Aviana regarding towing, so i thought it best to make it very very clear and put it to bed once and for all. My family and i both work and live in the USA & UK. 50% of our time is spent at Aviana, so be have a great insight to what REALLY happens. There has been a lot of bad press/tripadvisor reviews about this recently, but its not a scam. The roads within Aviana are thin and there have been cases where in emergencies fire trucks and ambulances have not been able to access roads due to sheer stupidity on some peoples parts when it comes to parking cars and trucks. When people are stupid and ignore the very obvious posted parking rules, they have been towed and fined. Those that get towed and fined then to whine about it on social media and sites like this.. Like most things in life, it tends to be the idiots that think they are above the rules that stir up a hornets nest. I have just come off the phone to Aviana HOA and can confirm that ALL towing has been suspended, in the hope that people see sense and obey the rules. As each driveway fits 2 medium size cars, youll be just fine. If you have any concerns, you can always visit OVRS or the HOA at the clubhouse on arrival. Rules are put in place for the good of everyone by all HOA's at every resort in Florida. Not just Aviana. Obey them, you'll be fine. Ignore them and take your chances. But please dont leave a negative review of a great resort (which we;ve lived at for almost SIX YEARS) just because you broken the rules and got fined our towed. What if it was YOUR family stuck in a house where a fire truck or ambulance couldn't get to simply because of inconsiderate parking,.

  What a place! We stayed for just over a week and had an amazing stay. It was really spacious yet had a very homely and inviting feel. It was clean and well equipped with great luxury additions (like the jacuzzi). Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I return to Florida!

  Where can I begin with this villa?? The photos do not give it justice!!! Absolutely IMMACULATE when we arrived, a little welcome pack with essential fridge items. The decoration is so tasteful, and the villa itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need and more. We actually spent most of the week just there as it has so much. Im cabin crew, and spend a lot of time in the USA and we could NOT believe how amazing it was. We are already planning our next trip to this house. We were so sad to leave, really hope to stay next year with the family.

  The worst house I ever rent Be aware trouble service,liers

  On the day off my arrival the owner called me and let me know that the heater on the pool isnt working,but I found that they didnt fixed this pool for a long time and the pool is very dirty and very very very dangerous The pool is not working at the house and I tried to work with the owner but she didnt want to give me refund for three days pool water is very dangerous so I will contact the half Virginia department Because the level of the chemicals was above 15-20 which the law is 3 So I cannot be at this house because my kids 5.5 6.5 and baby 8 months The water was very very cold and the pool started at 10:00-to 9:00 pm The house was old and very very not comfortable the beds are very old I will not recommend this house Please be careful before you rent this house
