  Hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto pero un desastre

  El hotel es tetrico, la habitación super pequeña no se corresponde a las fotos y cerca del hotel no hay nada de nada eso si , esta limpio y los chicos de recepcion son muy amables, recomendamos contactar con el hotel para q te pasen a buscar , sale por 5 dolares , si vas por tu cuenta en taxi seguro q te cuesta mas ya q nos informaron q por salir del aeropuerto los taxis ya cobran los 5 euros seguros .Para nosotros resulto caro , nos hemos alojado en vietnam por menos dinero y en mejores sitios.

  Pleasant surprise

  I have stayed at the Avi Airport hotel once for 1 night and second time 3 days later for about an approximate 10 hours stay. When I booked it for the first night,I didn't realize I took the budget room,so the room was small...However, looking at the positives,the room was clean,and so were the bed linens and towels, and there were no insects in the room, which in many 5 stars hotel its impossible to achieve. I wouldn't recommend it for someone travelling with a child,for example. However,on my return trip, I have realised that for about 3 usd more,I can have a better room, which I took. It was a lovely surprise.The room was much bigger then the standard room in many 3 or 4 stars hotels,with everything clean and windows that could be opened. Its actually cheaper then taking the sleeping pod at the airport, literally 5 minutes away and 60.000 dongs one way taxi fare, toll charge included.(thats less then 3 USD).Unlike taking the sleeping pod, staying at Avi Airport hotels means the opportunity of freshing up, repacking if needed, walking outside a bit. Hot water was available at all hours and the wifi worked perfectly! The staff is friendly and accomodating. Fruits are being sold outside the hotel and there are small reastaurants just steps away,however I have not tried them. I would recommend the hotel for any kind of travelers.

  Dont bother

  2 rooms stunk of damp Stained bed sheets and covers Brown marks all down the wall Works with taxi companies to charge you 3x the price to get to the airport should be 40-60k was trying 165k! Told us it would be 60 but then the driver takes you the long way round and charges you for it Made us late for our flight after worrying and booking a taxi the night before for the morning the taxi was 35 minutes late arriving to get us! When the drive itself is only 5 minutes away. WiFi is not great but ok Staff dont speak good English and are rude dont even care about the customers you can tell And Im a backpacker used to low quality and cheap places This was disgusting

  Never booking this hotel again.

  We arrived at the hotel around 2am in the morning so we needed to rest for few hours so we could wake up and head towards sa pa. when we reached the hotel was already closed so we had to wait for a while to wake them up. The taxi driver that brought us there was tying to rip us off so I talked to the receptionist guy to talk to him regarding the fare that was 76k and extra 10k for the pass but the driver was asking for 100k. But the receptionist guy talk to him in his language just asking the driver how much and quoting the price driver said. But I was like ok let it be. So we went up to our room and now the room was not what it showed in the picture. No windows, dirty curtains and bed sheet, broken aircooler. I was disappointed. I asked if the guy could help us fix the aircon or move us. But without fixing it he started shoving us in and I was like how dare he touches and pushes a customer like that. But I saw there was no point on talking or saying anything to him.we couldnt even sleep for an hour bcoz the the dirty bedsheets. So we just had to change the hotel and headed towards old quarter and then to saps.

  No airport pick up,

  I booked this hotel as I was on a connection flight the next morning. Mentioned the airport pick up in my booking. When I arrived in hanoi none of the airport transportation would go here as it is 'too close' taxis wanted 20 USD for the 5 min trip. Had to rebook another hotel although already was billed for this one. Disappointing Called the hotel and they would not arrange an airport pick up.
