    good value for money

    Ideal for couple of nights - one or two. Clean rooms, nice bathroom, friendly staff. Parking is on the street - there are only two places for cars in the yard. Breakfast is not offered, but there are many places to eat nearby. There is more to be desired, but as I said: good value for money.

    Good quality - price ratio

    First of all : we were gladly welcomed by the janitor,because the receptionist wasn't there. She showed up some five minutes later. The room was like in the photos, only that everything was worn-out and the tv had a very poor cable signal. Also, the TV remote control was very hard to operate, apparently looking like being broken. The bathroom : clean but questionable choice of stone-like floor, tile irregularities making you feel quite unsafe. The shower cabin doesn't have a place where to put your shower gel and the doors won't close very well. Sleep quality : the location is very quiet and even the court is common for all the rooms, there were no problems with noise from other guests. The bed was very comfortable and we've got a good sleep. The parking space : is located in a secure, automated-gate courtyard, right near the villa. Also, the entrance has an intercom so only the villa guests can enter. The neighborhood is multi-ethnic but quiet. Some 5 minutes walk you can find a church, banks and small grocery-stores. All in all : very good quality - price ratio. Polite and helpful staff.

    I feel betrayed, deceived and angry!

    I made a reservation for me and my friends because we were about to have a concert, and for the first time we were going to visit Bucharest. I chose the hotel to be near the Palace of Parliament. I made the reservation 6 months before the concert. 7 days before departure, this hotel cancels our reservation. I did not want to believe that anyone could do so irresponsibly, especially when an event of such a high rank, with a world-famous star, was taking place in the city, and of course, there were almost no accommodation left. At the last minute, we were able to find a suitable hotel at twice the price. I have been booking excursions and vacations for years, but for the first time, someone makes fun of me. They had all the time in the world to inform me of their decision weeks before, but they made it at the last moment. Don't take any chances with them, as you may be running out of hotels at the last minute! I will write in every website about reviews, how low and mean they did to us!

    I will never go again to this horror place !

    Dirty. Breakfast, don't ask for it, it is received from the catering services and the personel told you up front that they didn't have kitchen there, so ... . A manager, a woman, young lady, from the beginning, explains that we are a bit stupid because we do not understand how hard it is for her to find staff. After one and half year since he took over the place called unappropiately hotel. In rooms, the toilet is slightly non-functional. In the room, the TV is set only for decoration. Kitch style. The dirt, the unpleasant odor suffocates you all over that place. God forbid you were booked through a firm. Like hotel dot something. You will be burned. And the prices are too much high for what they really not offer.

    The worst hotel staff I ever met! The whole trip was spoiled.

    Positive: There was a very nice internal yard with a tame cat. Negative: A hotel staff did not help enough. A hotel manager refused to give us any compensation for all mentioned sufferings. It seems that this hotel survives just due to cleaning staff, but all other hotel staff was not enough professional, and all equipment, furniture, etc. are rather shaky. The room door lock was not intuitive and a strong man power was needed to lock the room door. At first we were not shown how to use it. And the first evening was spoiled since I had to wait for a staff to help me with it. I had to buy food at that time before shops were closed and I could not do it. On the next day, my wife spent about half an hour trying to lock this door. After that, I persuaded the staff to change our room. They agreed but only in the time inconvenient for us. And my wife alone with a crying baby had to carry all our already unpacked things to another room. Our new room was much worse and a twice smaller than our first room. And despite the fact that the new door lock was better, the new room had its own issues. In the new room after some time part of power outlets stopped working. One moment all the room was without any power at all for about half an hour. The first thing I heard from the staff that I was using lots of devices like a laptop. Wow! How did they know that I was using my laptop at that time? Hidden camera? And can you imagine that it is an appropriate answer when you call to the staff and tell them that your room is out of power at all? And finally, in our last evening they could not managed to fix the half-outage and promised to return soon, but just disappeared and even stopped to answer on phone! In the first room there were a kettle and a microwave, but there were no available power outlets for them! I was told that in the next morning it would be fixed, but nobody came. We informed the staff about our probable arrival time interval, but we had to wait about 15 minutes on the street before we were able to come inside. We were very tired and wanted to a restroom, but had to wait. Why the staff was not on a reception? Why we were not told the code of the gates just to allow us to come inside the garden and at least have a seat and a small rest there? The payment performed before arrival, we communicated through booking.com before and even were talking by phone on our arrival. The staff almost always was wrong in there estimation when they would recall or fix an issue. Sometimes they explained it that they were working for the two hotels at one moment. Their English also was not very good and sometimes it made additional issues. It took about 50 minutes to fill the invoice document properly. I had two booking reservations and somehow it was the reason that they were refusing me to provide the invoice at all. And when they finally started to create the document, they made lots of mistakes on filling the appropriate forms. The fridge did not have a freezer, but had a transparent door and a permanent bright light which prevented to have a healthy sleep. And there were no shelves inside since appropriate fastenings were broken. Jacuzzi did not work and was not enough cleaned. Remote control for TV did not work. There were not enough cutlery and in our new room and there were no a kettle. Liquid soap run out near jacuzzi. There were no hangers for outerwear or for towels. The door between the rooms was not closing completely. It needed to wait several minutes to get hot water from a faucet. The kitchen faucet was so short that it was rather difficult to use it at all. The toilet bowl was unsteady.
