  Wonderful place to stay. Our third time and will be back again. Staff is wonderful and attentive. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a place in Palm Springs to chill.

  Comfy but poor WiFi

  PROS: location, comfort, large rooms, kitchens with fridge and microwave, free coffee, friendly staff, small and quiet CONS: worst WiFi ever, difficult to change room temperature...too warm for me, oven did not work This is a very charming boutique place with several bungalos....the rooms are large and comfy but the lack of WiFi was beyond annoying and unacceptable given all the things I couldnt do like read my iPad or get online for anything. I dont want to diss this place too much they were very friendly and its a lovely property so if you like your room warm and you dont need WiFi look no further. Would I stay again, probably not but it might be just right for someone else.

  Loved it!

  Whilst dreaming of vacationing - I realized I didnt give a shoutout to this sweet hotel we stayed at a number of months ago. We loved it! We rented the one bedroom suite. This hotel is a little different than most (but apparently very common in Palm Springs.) think; air bnb but with lots of added perks. You wont find someone sitting at the front desk 24/7 but checkin was a breeze! And to be honest, we really liked the concept. There was coffee and ice cold water available at all times. A great continental breakfast in the AM. And daily housekeeping (the place was spotless.) wonderful kitchen too. One suggestion that I will make - it would be great to have a little bit of all purpose cleaner for guests to wipe down the counters after cooking etc. I hope to be back when this craziness is over.   Great stay 100% would recommend

  Late check in was super easy convenient and fast. The property was well cared for, super clean and staff was friendly. The room was amazing, beautiful full kitchen and full patio, the bed was super comfortable and bathroom had a great shower. This was the perfect getaway

  Excellent !!

  This place is a hidden gem! Ive been to PS MANY MANY times and this place by far has been one of my favorite stays. The rooms are immaculately clean. The towels even have a fresh laundered smell. In the mornings, they place a basket outside your door with snacks to choose from for breakfast. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi is hot with strong jets. Upon check in, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman who explained everything I needed to know. The hotel was at least half full (that I know of), but it seemed I had the place to myself. If youre looking for a quiet retreat in a clean comfortable environment, this is definitely the place to stay. Only a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Avance !!!!!
