  Met our need

  We stayed here for just one night, and it was perfect for what we needed. Small 2 bed apartment but pretty well stocked and shower was good. It was clean, but a little stuffy but that was due to the heat. parking available and 20 minute walk to the CBD. The owner was so helpful and offered to hold on to our luggage for the day until we came back with car which really helped us out.

  So unclean!

  We stayed here one night. We were met by a lovely lady, which was about the best thing about this accommodation. We went into the room and straight away smelt musty. There were stains on the three chairs and the carpet. The room itself was so outdated and you could see where it was "tried" to be cleaned on the doors (obviously with a dirty cloth). We had Chinese takeaways and opened the cupboard and all the glasses and plates, cutlery etc were dirty. But then we saw the note saying we would be charged if we left dirty dishes in the sink....well its obvious they didn't clean the dishes or check after guests leave as they were chucked in the cupboard dirty. We couldn't even sleep in the bed, was so noisy, nevertheless, we ended up going home at 5 o'clock in the morning. We WON'T be staying here again!

  Much appreciated

  Had to find some where at short notice to stay due to leaking roof. Owners so accommodating to me and my dog. Thank you so much. Great unit, excellent heater, and very comfy bed. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Everything you could ask for in a Budget Motel.

  family Holiday

  we stayed here one night. met by lovely lady. This is very budget motel. Doesn't look anything like the photos on the net. Shabby exterior, very old decor inside ,dusty musty smell. Had stains on the carpet. When turned the heater on the dust blew in the room and gave off offensive burnt smell. Room was very damp. Entrance/hallway passed off as kitchen. Dishes were unclean and had oil streaks on it. triggered dust and Asthma allergies in the family.Very Damp bathroom.

  Ok if location important

  Our unit was very dated but clean. The manager was extremely efficient and friendly and runs a tight ship, necessary as it appeared some of the guests were there awaiting rehousing by the government. Located on a busy road (boy racers Friday - Sundays) but if you need to be in that location access is easy. Speights Ale House along the road and handy for meals. Overall the place seemed musty, and targeted at the budget traveller. All this lead to an ok stay but I doubt we would return. Having said that the manager was very lovely and helpful.
