  Almost but not quite

  We had one night in this hotel which is in a fantastic location and although the hotel was good it could have been excellent. Our main issues were housekeeping related, the bracket holding the shower was broken so we needed to hold it to shower and the room could have been cleaner - there was a dirty coffee stirrer replaced on the tray with the kettle and cups. The other irritating thing was the hairdryer which was one of those awful hose affairs that blow vaguely warm air but are no use for any sort of styling. The bed however was comfortable and the food although expensive was good. Provins is a lovely place and worth a visit

  Excellent stay

  Very pleasant stay. The personnel was very helpful, the room was very clean. The spa services were excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the central square of the old town of Provins, close to the shops and restaurants.

  AMAZING treatment

  This is an amazing place. The service super excellent, and the food Oh my GOD!! you never expect this food in a little town!! we had a great experience, First we were almost at the time they were almost closing after lunch, but we were lucky that the host person a lady (that I apologized not remembering her name but I wrote it and I misplaced the paper) this lady is from one the Caribean Islands for our surprise she spoke,English, Spanish, French, and I believe Creole. She was very friendly, She made us feel at home, very attentive. This place has a SPA and also a CAVE so beautiful with lots of history at the bottom of the hotel. Great place for a relax time, and to enjoy great food, Definitely, We will be back. please eat the PORK (no remember exact name but it is delicious)

  Two days in Provins

  We picked this new location and accommodation to start a short stay in France and were not disappointed. The property is an old building which has been perfectly renovated to provide an up to date hotel with spa facilities. Our room and bathroom were lovely, however, the air conditioning was not working which meant the room was very hot and so we did not sleep well, this being our only issue. The restaurant had an excellent menu and wine list together with a wide choice for breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the old town.

  Very happy, will come back

  Very good location in the higher part of the medieval city. Ideal for a mix of rest and city exploration. We enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool especially during the heat wave. We enjoyed also the gourmet restaurant. Beware of the choice of your room: these old buildings creak and squeak a lot, so the sound insulation is not ideal for a quality rest.
