  Good, local hotel just downtown

  Travelling through the area, I stayed here one night. Room is proper and clean. Service amicable (after an initial colder start). Prices moderate, though off season. Breakfast ok, though nothing out of the ordinary.

  By far the worst experience ever

  We booked a voucher on Groupon to stay for a night at this hotel. From the moment we walked it was obvious that the owner of the place was angry about something and she was extremely rude. It turned out that our purchase did not come through on the system yet as we had bought the deal just a few hours before our arrival. Then she started yelling us accusing of us coming with a fake site. When we called the cutomer service of the voucher site, he wanted to speak to the owner to inform her that she will have to send them an Email that we didn't stay at her hotel in order to process our refund. Then she started going mad and accused the customer agent that he's fake as well. Shocking. Perhaps the owner should find a business that suits her personality, definitely not fit to work in hospitality. Horrid experience all around.

  A very satisfying experience in a charming location

  My wife and I spent the weekend there with our baby boy. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and its quiet outdoor terrasse by the river. The staff was amicable, very outgoing, and the new chef introduced us to some local cheese specialties. Definitely a good place to stay while you discover the wonders of nature and dramatic landscapes around Wiltz.

  Nice not top

  Due to Covid the restaurant was closed and had to take dinner in our room. The service was great, the menu should have included more local products. Room was nice. The breakfast service was a bit strange as the person bringing it was afraid to enter the room to bring it.

  I liked it

  Stayed there with my wife. The rooms are very quiet and the breakfast is good. We hiked all day in the two Nature Reserves close by and were glad to have the restaurant right in the hotel. The food exceeded our expectations but the wine was the real star of our dinner.
