  No room for me

  I booked this accommodation and sent many messages to a guy named Louis (the person in charge that he is never there), and I have his answers as proof. After a 8h bus journey, I arrive there around 1am very tired. There was no room for me. This person said that he had a problem with Airbnb... Not true because he confirmed the booking himself. They let me sleep in a disgusting room on an air mattress on the floor without blanket and a proper sheet. They apologized and promised that they would refund me in full and pay me another hostel. They did, but what a disaster for me that I wanted to go there to RELAX! Some people left the day after, so I don't understand why they didn't let me sleep in that room... And send someone else in the other place (Jungle Place, all dirty and no water for a shower). They made my two days in Boquete a nightmare. I don't recommend to go there.. It is nothing special anyway..

  Beautiful hosts but the place needs upgrade

  The B&B is situated in a beautiful area: Alto Boquete and the people that run the business are very nice, polite, warm and helpful. This place has a great potential as the rooms are big enough and has a large and aery common area but, it requires some investment to be updated I do not know how the other rooms were but in ours the toilet did not flush properly. There were not bugs screens on the washroom window and we got a scorpion one night and tiny ants were running up and down on the walls. In addition the internet was working on and off.

  Amazing Hosts

  We had a really great time at Autana. It is a chilled and quiet place almost in the mountains. A little outside the city but easy to reach and totally worth it (plus it is actually closer to the hiking places). The host family is so friendly, open and helpful with everything you could ask for. We spend some really special days at Autana, big thanks to you guys!!!

  Quiet and friendly host.

  It is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own dinner. The hotel has a laundromat and a dryer for clothes. It's about 12 minutes away from centre and you can either take the taxi, (don't pay more than 4 dollars) or you can take the bus from 'Bus Stop For Alto Quiel'. The price is 1 dollar per person. The owner, Angel, is very helpful and he gives advices and tips. Also the view in front of the kitchen is very nice. Very good value for money.

  Ok place, but they dont have a good host

  The guy there, Icho, is very nosy, he want to know everything about you, and I feel that if you are there is to relax, personally I dont want to shared my life to a stranger. When me and my friends get there, he gave us attitude saying that dont think this place is a five start hotel with jacuzzi and TV in the rooms (of course we know that). For him is a problem if you have to leave the place, because there is just 1 key for the lock of the gate. When I saw the dirty fridge OMG, I didnt want the breakfast. This guy needs training. But the place is ok, beds are ok, it is a quiet place with a nice view and weather.
