  Good in parts

  The location of this hotel is great and the room we had was very spacious, clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. The food was pretty average, nothing poor but it tasted like mass catering. The bigger negatives, and hence the rating, were a totally inadequate spa area that was always rammed full when we tried to use it and also the really busy breakfast buffet area. Whilst the hotel was pretty full, both areas should be able to cope without feeling pressurised by queuing for everything.

  Good hotel

  I was there at the Saturday before Easter for one night only. The hotel is a large ski-oriented hotel. Everything works well and flawlessly. Pool is small, was not crowded, only indoors. Dinner quality good, service is fast. Breakfast even better. Only drawback: The luxury factor is equal zero. Ambiente at dinner and breakfast is not relaxing. Room was a bit old and dark. Still, if you are there for the nature, at EUR 140 or so (2 pax, half board) there is nothing to complain.

  Nice hotel located in the montains

  Hidden away from the main road, the Austria Trend Hotel is located right near skiing slopes. A short walk out from the hotel will lead you directly to shops hiring out relevant equipment for any skiing needs. The hotel provides all-inclusive facilities which include buffet breakfast and dinner, tea/coffee and cake option at the lunch. The hotel provide each guest with robes and towels and a bag for use for the spa/pool facilities located on the 1st floor. Nice staff and clean hotel.

  We arrived by the car after a long trip and hotel didnt allow us to park in front of the hotel, they send us in some garage near hotel without any explanation how to get back to the hotel and without any help with the bags. Hotel is full of groups whose staying probably one night, because of that you cant find any piece here, breakfast seems like on some bus station, rooms without windows to open, location on the boulevard with lots of noises....

  Really good hotel in great location

  We stayed here in the 2nd week of the season in December 2019. Parking out front is slightly limited but there is a large car park 20 metres away, so no bother. Paid underground parking is available at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and slightly clinical. If you are looking for traditional Austrian charm you are in the wrong place, but you will already know that from the pictures on the website. The rooms were great with a nice firm bed. We had a pull out bed for our son, which was great. This is normally a real problem so he was delighted. The rooms are plenty big enough and we had a great view of the slopes too. Service was excellent and the front of desk were super accommodating at check out as we were skiing that day. Food was great, both at breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was immense and included hot food, fruit, pastries, rolls etc. Dinner was also great with the salad bar, main course and desserts as stand outs. My wife used the spa and said it was outstanding....3 saunas apparently. My son and i used the pool and he did a 40 min training set as he is a competitive swimmer. The pool was just long enough at 12m and deserted at 0630. It gets busier later. Location of hotel is great, next to the slopes and the ski storage locker with heated boot holders a nice bonus. If you use S4 for lessons and ski hire you get a discount through the hotel. We loved our trip.
