  Excellent central value for money hotel

  Stayed here recently on a weeks ski holiday. The hotel is very central. Rooms fairly basic but had everything that you need and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. Food in the hotel was lovely. Nice selection of fruit cereals breads hams cheeses and boiled eggs for breakfast. Four course dinner in the evenings was delicious. Homely type food with lovely soups, selection of salads and tasty desserts. Fantastic for the money charged. Staff in the hotel were really lovely and friendly. Heather in the residents bar was a delight and the two blonde girls in the restaurant were also lovely. Overall this hotel is brilliant value for money from the food to the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms. My only suggestion would be that they fit extractor fans in the bathrooms as with all the eating in the hotel and apres ski drinking the loos took a bit of a bashing! Soll itself is a lovely little village and there are loads of nice bars for après ski drinking most of which have good live bands playing.

  Great stay

  Great stay here. Staff are friendly. clean rooms. All the meals we ate were really good. Great entertainment in the bar downstairs thats open till late but dont worry you cant hear the noise from your room. Would definitely go back.

  Ski Trip

  This hotel is in a perfect location there is a spar shop next door it has its own ski locker. Its perfect for a ski trip with the ski bus stopping only 20m from the front door and dropping you at the ski garage and ski gondola. The rooms are a bit dated but it has everything you need. Food and staff are excellent and family friendly.

  They kicked us out because they wanted to close early - at 10.30, compared to their stated time of 2am. They said we could finish our drinks, so we started the pool game we had already paid for, and as we did, they came to harass us again - not 5 minutes after the first announcement. We felt uncomfortable, and left our half full drinks at the bar.

  Surprising..

  We stayed here recently on a weekend skii trip & was pleasantly surprised. We were looking for somewhere convenient & affordable. Maria the friendly owner greeted us at the desk & had our rooms ready for us. Rooms were clean & breakfast was lovely. Skii bus is just across the road & the bar is really nice also. Some of the reviews here are a little harsh. Its a 3* that offers you the perfect place to lay your head.
