  One week in Dolomiti

  Hotel is located beautiful in the mountains. Rooms are small, but very clean as well as toilet (cleaned every day). For each person 2 towels are waiting in the room. The Staff is professional and take care about everything. Host Francesco is the Best, he loves his job and it makes him happy, he is very opened and friendly. The food was awesome, every dinner was delicious and typically Italian. Skibuss is stoping in front of hotel. I am sure that will miss this place. Grazie!

  Very far, far, far, FAR away from the 3* hotel

  We were together with the group of friends, staying mainly in the double rooms. This hotel should have a maximum of 1* instead of 3*. - small rooms with 2 AC sockets - extremely poor insulation, you can hear every step your neighbour upstairs make - there's some space to spend time during the evening however the manager is counting down time until 11PM to close it. He sits and yaws to create pressure (at least we felt like this) - extremely small bathrooms - devastated terraces, don't believe the pictures - poor environment, hotel is quite close to the main road My rating would be higher if I wouldn't be lied about the standard of the hotel. If they claim 3* then they should keep the level of 3*. Deliver what you promise.

  Skiing trip in March 2019

  Accommodation Service. The hotel has excellent service. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is again well beyond expectations. Standard. The rooms have different standards. Some are better, some are worse but all are very clean. Overall it meets 3* rating. Do not expect fireworks, but for a skiing trip, where you spend a couple of hours at most in the evening in the room, it is good enough. Food. It is excellent, well above the standard, which you would expect in a 3* hotel. You will feel like dining in a good Italian restaurant every day. Overall, it is very good value for money. Skiing & location The hotel is located about 20mins by skibus from the first gondola lift. The skibus goes every 40mins in the morning (between 08:00 and 12:00) and in the afternoon (15:00 - 18:00), which offers good connection to and from the slopes. It takes about 40mins to start skiing, after leaving the hotel. Please be aware that in the end of March, it is warm and the slopes, which are located below 1800m, are questionable for skiing (depends on your preference). They are open, but crowded and with wet snow. Much better for skiing is the area near Madonna di Campiglio (you can ski there, but it takes good 40-50mins from the gondola lift mentioned above). There is no transport after 18:00. You need to have your own car or use a taxi (around 40EUR for 20mins ride). Overall, we went for a skiing trip in the last week of March in 2019 and it was great experience.

  Fantastic service

  We stayed in the hotel for a week as 2 couples with a child. That stay was above our expectations. The host of the hotel - Franco, appeared to be a great guy, ready to help us anytime. Weve also enjoyed tasty cuisine. Location is convenient to get to the ski resort - amazing place. Well certainly visit it next year!

  Winter holidays

  It was nice to spend there a week with my son. The biggest gratitude goes to a wonderful host - Francesco. When my son got sick he was very dedicated to help us. Also the food was great (and a lot) plus rooms were clean (and cleaned every day) with warm water under the shower. Skibus stop is just next to the hotel and the ski shoes room is with heatting. Overall good place for a resonable price.
