  Delicious food and lovely people

  If you find yourself in Hikkaduwa make sure you stop by at Aurora hotel and restaurant. We had been eating here during our stay in Hikkaduwa and the food is delicious and prices are great, too! On top of that you will be served by lovely and super kind people who obviously know how to take care of their customers!

  Nice food and lovely people

  We stayed in an apartment close to this place and we were coming every day, sometimes even two times a day, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Food is very tasty, not expensive and personel is warm-hearted and very friendly, without aggressive offers or anything (which can be seen at some places in Hikkaduwa). I would recommend it to my friends definitely!

  Amazing food not to be missed!

  The food at Aurora is absolutely delicious, we have eaten here multiple times and the food is very consistent and inventive. Do your self a favour and visit them for a meal. The staff could not be friendlier. Love this place !

  A gem in south Hikkaduwa

  We stayed in the Aurora for 7 nights from 27th January. The hotel and restaurant could not be faulted. We should say that we got a great deal on booking.com: 7 nights B and B at just over 4000Rs per night (£17.50). The "free" breakfast was exceptional with toast, eggs any style, fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice, large pots of tea and coffee-equivalent breakfasts elsewhere in Hikkadduwa were at least 500Rs. The room was large, great a/c, hot shower, clean and fresh-bliss! The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food and occasional all-in buffet at lunchtimes. It is located in south Hikkaduwa so a short tuk tuk lift is needed to get to the busier areas of the town. Finally, the staff were helpful, welcoming and meticulous in their duties. I recommend this hotel very highly-for the price, I cannot recall a better one.

  i visited aurora first time. and hotel staff is best people i have ever met. and if u come to hikkaduwa you must try there roti. very delicious roti.very friendly people. so yummy foods. i had gret time with that people
