  Excellent value in a small hotel

  The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. I will return there the next time I must stay in a hotel in Bangkok.

  Clean, Safe, great value

  Rooms are clean and staff was pleasure to deal with. Enjoyed breakfast. Wifi was fast without interruptions. If you have trouble getting here just dial their number and pass the phone to the driver. Will come back here again.

  Fantastic little hotel

  This hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were well decorated also. Breakfast was good also. My only complaint would be that it was fairly difficult to find as it is quite far away from the main Sukhumvit Road and it is on a road that veers off of the road that it says it is on. I would certainly recommend this little hotel.

  Friendly, welcoming stay

  I stayed here for about 2 weeks through December. Location was great and easy to find. 10 minute walk to Emporium, Terminal 21, BTS and MRT. There's a decent sized park close by which serves well for anyone who enjoys a jog or is just looking to escape the bustle. Staff were incredibly helpful, always friendly and enthusiastic. They helped me get to where ever I needed to go. Breakfast was excellent - serving size is huge and they catered to my slightly fussy appetite. Room was clean, no traffic noise. AC worked fine. Never had any issues with WiFi. Would definitely recommend. Great value. Looking forward to going back. Thanks for a great stay, August Residence!

  Great staff

  The hotel staff were so friendly and helfpul. The rooms were nice with new facilities and nice linen and beds. Breakfast was included which was lovely. A little far from attractions but in a nice quieter suburb which wasn't noisy. A great hotel!
