  Satisfied - good connection to the center

  I stayed for one night at the hotel. The tramway-station is only a few steps away and it is approximately 10 minutes drive to the central railway-station of Augsburg. That is convinient. The room was large enough and the small bathroom was no problem to me. The furniture and the style is a bit outdated, but while sleeping that doesn't matter. Would stay here again.

  Just a place to spend the night...

  The place is a bit run down but the room was clean. Selection criteria were basically just a place to spend the night, not too far from Augsburg, at a reasonable price. These low expectations were met. Breakfast was OK, service was friendly. One hint, they do offer free WiFi internet but not all rooms have decent signal reception. If you require good WiFi access, better make sure during check-in that this is available in your room. Otherwise the hotel can provide you with a cable to access internet.

  Ok just for a night !

  This little hotel is okay to spend a night, but that's all. Positive : the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. You can join easily the town center in 10 minutes. Negative : The room is noisy because of the street and the tramway, and the bathroom is a little bit dirty (specially the shower)

  Parkhotel Augsburg

  A rather dated hotel in dire need of upgrading - carpets are old and spotty, everything a little run down - almost like a low cost motel. Beds were comfortable though (king-size) and rooms reasonably clean. Breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of bread and broetchens, cheeses, cold meats and more. Across the road a bakery / cafe and nextdoors a pizzeria. Would I return? Probably not. Then again at Euro 75 / night it is also not very expensive. The old adage - what you pay is what you get.

  Descent Hotel for a solo traveller

  You are getting what you pay for. I stayed there for 3 nights and a cleaner came over, cleaning the room and brought clean towels. It is only 2 minute walk from the bus station who has 24hour transport to the central station and city center. Also, free wifi is provided. However, the hotel staff, although they were really friendly, MOST of them could not speak english.
