  Wonderful four days after Christmas

  We drove from NY to this wonderful lodge. We cross country skied, snowshoed, went on a dog sled, and visited the spa. We are a family of 6 with teens and young adults. We all loved this place! Everyone we interacted with was lovely. Dining here is like being on a cruise - we got to know the bartenders, waitresses, and the wine manager. They knew us by name. The spa is unreal - great massages and beautiful outside hot baths, sauna, and wood-burning fireplace house. The rooms were large and clean and had beautiful views of the snow covered lake. I wold highly recommend staying here and enjoying winter.

  Beautiful location!

  This resort makes winter not only tolerable but enjoyable! There was a lot of snow! We were here for a weekend for work, and our room was great and the staff were very accomodating. The restaurant serves delicious food. Definitely would recommend for a family or work trip! Looking forward to going back for a vacation someday.

  Muy buen servicio el desayuno muy rico. La vista genial aunque con mucha nieve en el balcon, una bebida caliente para la bienvenida no estaría mal ,se tiene que hacer visita al spa los jaccuzi geniales

  Beautiful!

  It's our 3rd time going to Duchesnay, this time we stayed 5 nights, it's still not enough. I think I could spend the whole summer there and won't be bored. The kids already asking to come back next year. Maybe, I shouldn't write this review, but I want to give credit to people who work at this place and maintain everything. Every corner is picture perfect. It has a great combination between the nature, the modern facilities, but at the same time not too build up. Everyone is supper nice and helpful from the first minute when you step in the property. The restaurant is excellent too, the service and presentation is excellent. I though the quality is very good too. It's hard to find anything negative, maybe only that this place is very popular, so try to make a reservation far in advanced. The non motorized water equipment is in excellent shape. This year they have new beautiful dock, also for non French speaking they have most written brochures in English now.

  beautiful location

  I went there for a week-end meeting and it was great. I would like to return to enjoy the winter activities because there is a lot you can do. The room was nice and quiet. The restaurant serves délicieuse food.
