  Bonito Hotel

  Un hotel acogedor, muy cerca del pueblo principal, el cuarto espacioso y bonito. Bonita vista. La atención pudo ser más cordial en su mayoría, sin embargo al ser año nuevo, estaban copados y quien nos atendió en recepción sí fue muy amable y nos ayudo con la planificación.

  Gorgeous hotel!!

  We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for 3 nights in January and had such a wonderful time. The farm is absolutely stunning, with views of the vines and mountains from all of the rooms. The garden is beautiful with lots of shady spots to sit and enjoy the sounds and smells of the farm. There is a steam running along the bottom of the garden where you can relax and read. The room and bathroom were both big and comfortable, with very quick Wifi which is a huge bonus! Theres a lovely tennis court, shaded from the sun and wind and Audrey can put you in touch with a local tennis coach. I had 2 early morning lessons which was a lovely way to start the day. Breakfast was healthy and delicious, a plate of mixed fruit followed by delicious combinations of eggs, avo, toast etc. All sorts of cereal and yoghurt too. Clermont is a couple of minutes drive from the center of town where we ate some of the best food of our whole trip. Highly recommend Protégé, the food there blew me away. Thank you, Audrey, for such a fantastic stay, we could not fault it!

  Auberge Clermone

  Perfect setting and location, surrounded by mountains, plum orchard, vines and olive trees. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and well serviced. The villa was self contained and we could produce three course meals. There is also a gas braai and a sun drenched large pool It is self contained. Although the location is close to town, it is very quiet and peaceful. Anglea is a wonderful host.

  Lovely weekend get-a-way at Auberge Clermont

  A weekend that felt like a week long holiday! Auberge Clermont is a lovely guesthouse and we were lucky enough to enjoy the luxurious honeymoon suite for the weekend. We spent our afternoons in and next to the swimming pool while staring at the surrounding mountains and views. We even enjoyed a tennis game on the court available to all guests and went for a walk between the beautiful vineyards and orchards. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay and just a 2 minute drive in to town. Angela and her team made as feel very welcome and the breakfast that was included in our stay was fantastic. A stay at Auberge Clermont is a must when you plan to visit Franschhoek.

  A beautiful pearl in Franschhoek

  This month, we have spend some 10 days in this Auberge Clermont, after staying for a week in Constantia and a week in Hermanus. Even when Constantia and Hermanus were great places to stay, the surroundings and the scenery of the Auberge beats the aforementioned places. Franschhoek is a great place to stay, but the Auberge is located in one of the best spots of the area; Every morning and every evening, we had stunning views of the surrounding landscape, while experiencing great quietness. Due to Covid-19, we were the only guests of the estate (those who canceled due to Covid have been missing a great experience), but Angela, a most helpful and gentle landlady had everything organised as if there were multiple guests. We never felt lonely. The staff prepared marvellous breakfasts, never taking any shortcuts because we were the only guests. Great place to stay. Well equipped and beautiful bedrooms, super sceneries, maintained swimming pool for just the two of us, ... What else can someone expect to spend some great holidays. A big thank you to Angela and the staff.
