Beautiful Condo 9 Mins. Away from Canyon St. AnneInitial booking was with this website: http://www.audomainedesneiges.com/ But we somehow ended up with this site: http://www.condoshotelleceleste.com/ My family rented 2 condos here at Hotel Celeste with 3 bedrooms each from August 3-4,2014 because we wanted to check out Quebec for the first time. We got the Tuango promotion for $400 per condo but just like any online deals, there was a $75 tax for each condo that you have to pay by cash when you get to the building. Booking by phone was tough because not a lot of them speak English. Towards the day of the trip, it was Vincent I ended up dealing with and he was very pleasant with pretty good English. His wife was there too to receive us and she was equally nice. We got rooms 301 and 314. One bathroom for 3 sets of people was a bit of a stretch but since we came with family, it wasn't such an issue. I can see it might be if it's actually 3 couples sharing one condo and one bathroom. It was about 9 minutes away from Canyon St. Anne which my family enjoyed greatly so location was perfect. There were little grocery places and fast food around the area so you won't get hungry. Condos were clean and with sufficient household items and full kitchen appliances. Temperature in the condos were good, nothing faulty. Place was quiet with a nice balcony and bathtub. Beds were firm and comfy and whole place was very clean. Indoor pool was nice although we were a little disappointed without the hot tub or sauna. You'd expect a ski place to have a hot tub or sauna. We love the pool, good size and clean. There was a pool table and big piano at reception lobby for evening entertainment with fam. There was a tennis court that was nice but we ran out of time to actually try it. Condo's about 40 mins. away from old Quebec. The only 2 complaints were difficulty in booking it because of language barrier and no sauna or hot tub. Other than that, I highly recommend this place and will be coming back with the rest of the family.

Ste AnneWe had a luxury studio. It was small for 4 people (that is my opinion). Pool ok spa was too hot...... 103f. I do not even keep my outdoor spa at that temperature. Their double bed in bedroom is very uncomfortable and it is a very closed room therefore no air and stuffy. It is expensive for this studio. The place was clean and quiet.

Clean, with view of ski hillFamily of 5 stayed in a loft condo. Pluses were: VERY clean unit. Minutes from the main ski hill by car. Bus shuttle every 30 minutes as well. They cram a lot into a small space. Tiny, well equip kitchen even had a dishwasher! Kids games room. Minuses: Found it was a bit cramped for a family of 5 to stay two nights. The hide-away bed and pull-out couch had to be rearranged in order to open without hitting each other. No oven, just stove top. Weird setup with turning on TV - powered on/off with a wall switch (not sure if that's normal or just our unit). Pool hours were too short, wasn't much time to use it after a day of skiing.

Look away, look away!I cant stress how much of a dump this place is. However desperate you are or unaware of this area, dont get screwed by the management at this joke of a hotel. The place is filthy and pictures are not even close to accurate. Upon entering the room I was panicking to try and find a gas mask as the mold and moth ball smell likely killed the bugs. I asked for another room and was told the place was sold out. Parking lot was empty and not a sole any where. Assuming they were maybe talking about a bunch of haunted people who wanted their money back. Just avoid this dive at all costs.
