  Good breakfast

  The hotel room is basic, spacious, clean. The staff are friendly but responds relatively slow. The bathtub is quite shallow which is not ideal. The hot water is normally just like warm even with the combination of cold water from the faucet. The buffet breakfast was good though. The letter cation is the selling point. It is accessible to all modes of transport.The Mall of Asia is near which makes it a good place for tourists.

  So sad

  The service is very poor. We wanted our room cleaned and when we came back night time nobody cleaned our room. No toilet paper, no bath rugs, no hangers, no drinking glass. Overall it is very frustrating.

  ARRIVAL TO MANILA

  So after my tri country visit i opted not to go home directly instead of staying for a night in hotel. So far when i browsed rates this hotel seems not so expensive so i said to my self ok ill try it here and rest for a night. From terminal 3 it toom about 30 mins to reach the hotel asnits a bit traffic. Easy checking inn process though. No body accompanied or brought me to the room after they gave the keycard. So when i reached the room the keycard is not working. I dont wanna. Go back downstairs just to tell them the card is not working. Good thing the restaurant is just onefloor below my room good i saw one attendant and ask him to check my card. The room is big. With 2 double beds.. Am. Alone so its very very spacious for me. But though it huge, its quite dim and creepy i dont know why... Even i opened the curtains and all lights. I checked the bathroom and am. Not surprised, its flithy and dirty old and needs to have a renovations. Saw some dirty parts of bathroom, molded area in the bathtub. The toilet bowl is dirty. The water pressure is great though. They have basic toiletries so all good. They have fridge and when i opened its really sooooo old and not so clean too. They have safe., and laundry bag. They have cafe downstairs beside reception area. It was just located Buendia near LRT just besides Sogo. Food is easy to get too. The bed is comfty. They have complimentary breakfast and food is ok they have some choices such as rice, noodles, breads, fruits, meats, fish, coffee, cereals. Etc. I didnt sleep good coz as i said earlier i felt its creepy. Will i come back?Nope lots of other Hotels to. Choose from..

  WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!

  stayed here on Aug,22,2019. First of all i've been using electric kettles from all of the places we stayed coz i have herbal meds i have to take. very nice surprise this hotel doesnt have one! they'll give you a thermos or a pitcher w warm water. stupid as ever. 2nd concern was the towels and the toilet bowl WTF! they are dirty as hell same as the water flowing down that has sands w it aswell. 3rd concern say hello to a hotel that has a lot of wifi connections to connect to but not a single one is working. VERY DISSAPOINTED specially after a long tiring trip from BKK

  Nice place

  I LOVED the location of the Atrium. The staff were very helpful & helped with tours & getting around. The breakfast was yummy, lots to choose from. If you are planning on staying here, I would suggest to take toilet paper. And ear plugs lol it can be a bit noisy from the cars & bike horns...
