  Great location

  All services are great for kids! Our daughter loved it sooo much she even cried when we left. She wanted to stay more. We could ski, slide, build snowman, play In the awsome playhouse, and the wellness was fun even the water was cold, the air was very warm. Breakfast was ok, expect juice and coffe, but the fresh spring water was awsome. The panorama is Amazing! I fell in love with Slovakia. The stuffs were very friendly abd Finally a hotel in high tatras where they do speak English! The receptionist (lady with brown hair and glasses) was very kind, explain es everything during check in and check out. She was great! Also the young guy at the bowling bar on Sunday, awsome English knowledge and such a kindness! I was treated so well, it made me forget about the bad sleeping. Negative: The room was very noisy, walls are extreamly thin, I couldnt sleep much as we heard every baby crying during the night. Perfect family vacation for sure!

  Good

  This is a really big hotel with a beautiful scenery. Rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly. Food was mediocre, but I didn't mind. The wellness area is new and worth a visit. I would totally recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Best hotel for families with kids

  For us top hotel, we travel there offen, good services, great food, nice wellness, and great program for children, when isn´t good weather. My children like cooking lessons. In winter also in summer, always what to do here....

  Good friendly hotel

  This was our second time staying in that hotel and I must say its a good hotel with friendly stuff and with plenty activities to do for the kids. Its located right at the bottom of the Tatra mountains so it is a perfect location if you going to ski or just to walk around. Food is excellent too.

  The first night was not so good...but!!!!!

  We got the voucher for the stay in this hotel and we reserved the room in July 2019 for October. When we came to check-in we needed to wait for the room 20 minutes because the system made a mistake and the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately we got a twin room on 2nd floor, so me and my husband we needed to sleep separately. It wasn´t comfortable and nice. But!!! I would like to thank you Mr. Marián Leskoviansky (I am sorry if I made a mistake in your name :) ) - night receptionist - he was very kind and helpful. The second day we met the MOD manager Mr. Michalko - he was also very kind and helpful, because we got another room and it was nice double room on 4th floor. I must say - the 4 elements day SPA - it was great, really. I recommend this place. We had 2x 20 minutes massages - thanks to masseurs. The smell and musik was great and relaxing, and the receptionist in 4 elements day SPA was also very nice. Then we tried also 4 elements AQUA with saunas and it was also relaxing. I ordered virgin mojito and my husband Pina Colada, both were delicious. The breakfast was tasty, we met also Skalko and Ozvenka, mascots for children :) I gave 4/5 stars just because the first night. I would like to thank to Mr. Leskoviansky and Mr. Michalko again. Just because of your prompty solutions we had nice stay in your hotel. :)
