  Wonderful staff, adequate facilities

  By far the best thing about this hotel was its staff. We got to know a few of the waiters and bartenders. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the bartenders remembered our order by the third day of our twelve day stay. There is Our room was great, clean and cleaned by a maid every day. The selection of food was surprisingly good - when a vegetarian and a person on a gluten free diet go on vacation, it's never easy. We were all still able to get a good selection of food. The only downside is that it's a little crowded at the beach and at the pool. I'd recommend it for families with kids and older people.

  Great value for money

  For the price paid this was a great hotel. If you expect a 5* hotel you'll be disappointed but it had everything i needed. small private beach, a little stoney but not a problem. clean and tidy, very friendly staff (they especially liked us because we weren't rude Russians). Easy to get to other sights such as caves, waterdalls and the ancient city of Side via car or bus.

  Can't wait to go again!

  Stayed at Atlas Beach resort for 10 days, we didn't want to come home! We had a connecting family room. Very spacious and clean. We arrived early and were given a room to rest in until breakfast and check in time. Staff are extremely friendly, even though some knew no English and we communicated in sign language. The food is plenty and a large variety to choose from. Drinks are available 24/7 and although the room fridge was not stocked with water, you are able to take back as many water bottles as you like from the café. They also give you water bottles to take out on day trips. Beach is clean and there are drinks and snacks available most of the day. There are separate pools for males and females, and no phones are allowed in the ladies pool. While we were there, there were mainly Turkish guests staying there, most didn't know English but they were all very kind and courteous. We had young children with us and so had been a bit weary as to how they would enjoy the holiday but they loved it. The swimming pools and beach kept them busy, and there were burgers and chips at the beach everyday and a selection of fruit which kept them happy. There are shops locally and a Wednesday market just outside the hotel, however, do visit the local supermarkets as they are a bit cheaper than the smaller shops. Definitely worth the money.

  Okay

  Language barrier 100%. Very difficult to communicate with any member of staff. Specially we expected at least little English from hotel manager or from receptionist as this is an international hotel. 0% English communication but we managed with google translator. Food is Okay. Could have more privacy in the beach for practicing muslim brother and sister. In beach access from neighbouring hotels makes you uncomfortable.

  Not 4* worthy

  This hotel lacks serious quality to be called 4* and doesnt offer value for money. Rooms are dirty, not properly maintained and not cleaned unless you really ask for it multiple times. Food is a joke, usually 5/6 dishes where 2-3 are gone and not refilled in 30 minutes. Salads and fruits are plenty tough. Also seen that staff is very rude to customers, it looks like they are not managed. On the positive the kids pools are nice and large, and theres usually plenty of drinks like water/coffee/tea around the hotel. Beach and sea has pebbles and rocks so you have to be careful not to misstep. End result is 3* quality for 4+* money, so Im definitely not coming back here
