  Friendly staff nice place.

  We had a nice stay at Atlantis. The location is good its close to the seafront and there are pubs ,shops and restaurants near by. The room we had was clean and was refreshed each day. The hosts were very friendly and helpful letting us know which places to dine at and attractions to visit. There is a couple of parking spaces but there are car parks near by. A lovely breakfast was served each day with extra toast and cereals if needed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was OK for us and the room was quiet. This is an excellent B & B it is a nice family run inexpensive establishment. You can pay a lot more near by for more modern rooms if you want but we loved it and have booked again and are looking forwards to it.

  nice three days stay

  stayed with my daughter , friendly staff nice clean room , had room only , so can not comment on food , good location only a small car park so had to park in street nearby, 10 min walk to town or beach

  Lovely 4 nights stay

  Apon arrival at the hotel we was pleasantly surprised by the greeting we received from landlady Steph and her husband Simon we was checked in and shown to our room what was on the second floor it was very clean and spacious with plenty of tea and coffee and sweeties supplied and was advised that apart from the en-suite there was a newly refurbished bathroom down one flight of stairs. We opted for the breakfast option that was served everyday we had choice of continental,vegan,cereals or full English with tea coffee and ample supply of toast. The guest house is in a central location the town of Torquay was approx a 15 minute stroll away there was plenty of restaurants and public houses nearby. The guest house does not have a car park but there is parking available either outside or in the streets surrounding but be aware this is only a one hour free and no return for two hours within the hours of 8am - 6 pm but it was only in force Monday to Saturday we never had a problem as we always arrived back after 6 pm

  Clean but dated

  Visiting family overnight in Torquay and needed somewhere cheap to stay for 3 adults. This was cheap and cheerful but the owner was very friendly and helpful. The decor is tired and dated but we knew that from the price we paid and previous reviews we read. Lots of stairs so i dont know how it would be for anyone who is disabled or has trouble moving around. We had a single bed and double bed in our family room and an en-suite 1970 style. However, the owner was very careful re Covid19 and the bathroom had been bleached and was clean. The hotel has a lot of potential but this would take a huge amount of capital!

  It is what it is

  Stayed here for a long weekend, no parking as stated when booking you got to try and find parking in streets around area, mix up with breakfast when booking. So no breakfast available so had to make do with the local Spooners in town, very noisy on 1st night of stay shouting most of night in street, now the positives, owners really friendly and hotel very clean but dated, WiFi bit hit and miss
