  En general bien, pero en la recepción del hotel son indiferentes al cliente que no es turco, los sanitarios de los cuartos están feos y mal renovados, lo demás esta muy bien, la comida, el equipo de animación, el parque acuático, ('cierran 15 minutos antes de lo que se dice oficialmente) incluido las piscinas, DE seguro volvemos a este hotel, soy de México viviendo en Polonia y se los recomiendo, Ogólnie ok, tylko toalety sa brzydkie, i obsuga w recepcj hotelu fatalnie dla osób nie z turcj, basenów, park wodny, arcie jest super!! Zamykaj 15 minut przed oficjalny godziny, ekipa animacyjna jest super, pochodz z Meksyku i polecam tego hotelu, napewno wracamy jeszcze raz, plaza jest super i bezpieczny!!

  Loved it going back

  Well after a smooth flight yes with tc..... Staff are friendly the 1s that spoke English...entertainers were awesome lay on sun lounger girl backed sun asked her to moved tired round was a bloke pmsl is an understatement poor guy laughed with me family friendly great for money just booking to revisit now it's with tui

  Best holiday ever

  Apsolutly amazing hoilday allround amazing when went in may half term while their students came and the staff were aware of them and played with all kids the life guards got in the pool and took the kids away from the students to the other side and played fornite with them with water guns for at least 2 hours the entertainment is next to bone they cater for all food young old veggies anything the food is gawjus plenty going on shops on site i could not fault this place and will be returning i actually looking at getting married in this hotel

  (Unfortunaely) Very Disapointed!

  (2 families (4 adults, 3 children)) We were rather disappointed with this hotel and our holiday. However, there were to be fair some mitigating circumstances I suppose (Thomas Cook collapse and nearly end of season). Unfortunately, we were affected by the Thomas Cook collapse, but after getting our own flights we decided to work with the hotel directly to see our planned holiday through. ERHAN the reception manager was great, he was very helpful, giving us a little discount, answering all our questions fully and promptly prior to flying out and organising our transfers. So the hotel, firstly is was nearly dead, no atmosphere with it running out of things such as rosie wine and chocolate ice cream for example, with us having to complain to get anywhere. The food was the same everyday (meatballs!) and irrespective of the time we attended the restaurant, lots of items were cold. We had to complain again and were met with a shrug of the shoulders and an ok so what! The only time the food was great is when they did Turkish chicken kebabs, but the onsite baker with his fantastic stone baked oven refused to make us fresh nan bread, so we complained again and then he did. The two nights they serve the kebab was the best meal by far. It seemed there was no emphasis on quality, which was astonishing as with the number of chefs walking around with medals galore on them! ERHAN did apologise for the poor service and treatment especially around the food matters allowing us to book into their beech al la carte restaurant on two occasions as a gesture of good will. We werent told about the 1000 kids attending a local football tournament that descended on us/the hotel for a weekend either, which was horrendous. They were disrespectful, ignorant and noisy, running riot all over. Again, maybe due to end of season but no excuses as we had paid our money just like the people had at the start/middle of season, but the entertainment was ok at best with some shows frankly bizarre and certainly not for children. There were no lifts to first floors (where the bar/entertainment were) for us with our push chair, so lots of carrying it/our son upstairs. We were rather mithered by the hotel photographer and massager too. The rooms were rather tied and dated, with them reluctant to help and move an unnecessary extra single bed on our request that wasnt required in our room on arrival, that was making it to cramped with out travel cot. Very little English spoken by the staff. On a plus point as it was so quiet, there was no waiting/queues for the slides etc. within the attached Tortuga water park which was unusual but great. If it wasnt for our British spirit, good company/friends with us and the good weather then this could have been a complete disaster. This is not a 4* star hotel, 3 at very best. We believe that TUI have now taken this hotel on. TUI wont stand for poor service with their standards, which is a good thing.

  Good for Grandchildren

  Only two negatives was I like to eat outside. There was a nice outside seating area but the smokers and non smokers were too close. I am a non smoker and had to eat inside. The food was ok for what we paid. The other is that you cannot just go for a walk, the hotel is miles from anywhere with decent shops and bars. However we did go in a free provided taxi to celebrate our Sons birthday and watch a football game to a pub called Murphys in the main shopping, bar, restaurant area. The hotel allows this company to tout around the pool area so I think they are linked in some way. It was a very good evening with excellent food, service and very friendly. We did some shopping, the children enjoyed it too. Positives were the childrens pool and the free water park, where the food served was very good. Nice grassy areas for children to run round, they had never been on a beach before, so not keen on that. The beach was ok, there was a bar and had games and weekly foam partys. The rooms were standard nicely kept. The entertainment was good for children, but oh boy they were steep amphitheater steps were hard on your bum and calves lol. There was a very nice adult only pool, which we took advantage of a few times, just for a break. The spa was very nice, we had a Turkish Bath and a superb massage. I would recommend this hotel.
