  Five star Boutique Hotel?

  Hotel is nice and new, the rooms are clean, we paid for room upgrade but got it imediatly,. There are so many things that are not at the level of a five star hotel. At the time the pool was not closed because of cleaning so i had to go to massages, facials and other stuff that you pay for,.. had to fulfill my time with something, but it would be nice that if you can afford to close the pool to offer something in return. Anyway, there is not a thing that nice service (staff) can't repair, but i heard sooo many NO world.. there should not be no, cant, is not possible .. in a 5* Boutique hotel really. I've been to other hotels and you can not really compare service .

  Add just a little bit more...

  We stayed in this nice butique hotel for few times. Rooms are nice, cosy, clean and big enough. The swimming pool is everage, saunas are small but clean, the view out to snow is amazing. Breakfast is super but dinner is not on the level od five star hotel. Where they should add something? They should expand the dinner offer. They should be more strict with sauna rules, people are loud, they do not read the rules (swim suite in saunas, shower, ...). If there is a dress code at dinner required then all the guests should stick to it eventhough they are "rich east" guests. All in all I recommend the hotel and we will sure come again.

  Best hotel Ive ever been

  were 2 weeks at this hotel, really liked. kind staff, always ready to help. the cuisine is a bomb. Nowhere in hotels did not meet red caviar. clean, bright rooms. 300 meters from the ski slope and pump room great vacation for those who want to really do nothing and enjoy the sun in winter)

  Clean rooms, kind staff, average food

  The staff was very kind and rooms were clean. But for 5 star hotel I was expecting better choice of food and Also the food was average...it was ok, but nothing for what you would say... uau this is really good. Spa is average and massage was ...well I wouldnt mind if Id miss it. The time for breakfast was from 8-10 (a bit late) and for dinner from 6-8pm (a bit early).

  Overpriced Joke of a Hotel. It's a Depressing 2-Star Facility.

  We can't understand why this hotel considers itself to be 5 star in quality and amenities. This is a joke to fool you into booking with them. We showed up and learned that this hotel is #1 Out in the middle of nowhere. #2 Has employees that treat you with disdain and boredom #3 Has guest rooms that need to be renovated and cleaned #4 Has a sauna that isn't sanitary #5 Has a lousy bar and tasteless restaurant #6 Is like fort Knox with locks on everything. We totally regret staying here. Thank goodness it was only one night. From the bland dinner served buffet style in a loud dining room, to the outdated-looking room that desperately needed a dehumidifier and a rug shampoo...this hotel was crummy. There was nobody to serve us at the "bar", which was maybe 3 feet in length. The sauna was not clean, and we didn't see anyone cleaning the locker areas either. Did they think that by offering us two bottles of mineral water for free in the room would earn them a good review? Start with having employees who care about their clientele and staff areas like the garage and spa. This place was a ghost town. The quality was so poor, and they charge so much for a night. Where does all of the money go? Our room and the whole hotel for that matter was too warm and too dingy. We hated being in the middle of nowhere. There were better looking hotels a few miles away, and I wish we chose one of them. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on this sorry excuse for a hotel.
