3* hotel, nothing more.I have a large list of Pros and Cons - so we will start with these Pros: * Excellent choice of food, cooked fresh daily * small, intimate hotel * close to the beach * plenty of sunbeds (low season - beginning of October) * extra duvets and pillows in rooms * snack bar - the gyros! * cheap and discounted car hire from hotel * easy access to Kos town on the bus * cleanliness around the pools * Friendly staff * comfortable lobby when waiting for check out Cons: * bathrooms in rooms where utterly disgusting. very dirty, in a desperate need of an upgrade - dirty / stained / peeling silicone, holes in walls, window cills / windows filthy, toilets / sinks / baths stained with limescale and grime, taps / plugs rusting and manky. * pools themselves not very clean, lots of dead bugs which where still present the following day * wifi - terrible. it is free, but the signal is appalling * beach beds - these are NOT FREE. You have to pay for them, considering it's an all inclusive hotel these should be included? * no courtesy room for a shower / to get changed if you are only getting picked up late * mattresses stained! no protection other than a top sheet, when my son accidentally wet the bed they just covered this over with a clean sheet - the stain was still present. i tried to scrub this off myself, but you could see previous stains. Suggestions - supply wristbands - this hotel is completely open, anyone could walk in and you wouldn't know if they were a guest of this hotel or not, wristbands would also be a good idea for the use of beach beds. Upgrade your bathrooms, they are very shabby and we were not impressed at all. Upgrade your plastic beakers for all inclusive drinks. Rough edges, stained beakers - not great. I really appreciate the reusable plastic, but they were a bit grotty All in all, it's a 3 star hotel, nothing more. We chose this hotel for the amazing reviews and we were massively let down, i think we had higher expectations. there's nothing much for the kids to do, there's a bit of a disco in the evening, but by 8pm they are tired and and want to go to bed - we wont return, and i wouldn't recommend for someone wanting a family holiday as there isnt much to do. We wish we had gone to the Blue Lagoon down the road! Sorry!!

DONT GO HEREWe arrived on the 26/10 and departed 30/10 (THANKGOD) Bad service, miserable bar staff, pool bar was closed, we all had diarrhoea from the 'food'. no snack bar but mouldy sandwiches were left in the heat as a substitute, no entertainment, dirty pool, DIRTY FLEA BITTEN INFECTIOUS CATS EVERYWHERE and the hotel cane up with a cunning/conning idea to supply a vending machine for customers to pay to feed these poor cats so they didnt have to (another way to rinse you of your money) the only time the barman smiled was when you bought him a drink.. and that didnt last long. Any Tom, Dick or Harry can walk into this resort. (although even a non paying customer would be out of luck because us paying customers couldnt even get a decent drink as they had run out of everything and when i questioned why none of this was available as we paid good money to be there for such a short period of time i was told 'what do you expect, you've come at the end of the season' I expect the same service all the way through the season, not just at peak times. On one positive, 'caitlin-TUI rep' was absoloutely fab, such a sweet and genuine girl. dont waste your money here.

Amazing holidayThe hotel was amazing compared to what weve paid for one week all inclusive. The Staff are friendly specially the bar staff , Nawaf is brilliant young guy , and the two Romanian ladies were very nice and friendly at the pool bar . There is a bus stop outside hotel which takes you directly to Kos town. Kos town is really nice place to visit and there are plenty of restaurants. Weve been to gyros restaurants twice and it is called gyrossquare . The weather in Kos is amazing and it is really one of the best weve ever experienced and we will definitely go back to Kos very soon. The hotel is family oriented which weve enjoyed, as a fan, however the the only down side is the entertainment, by TUI team despite the fact they have an excellent facility, they only offered one nice show throughout the week. The Greek night was really good fun and weve enjoyed it.

HorridVisited in October. We loathed the place as seriously misled. Food awful to OUR palates, drinks watered down or drain cleaner. Marilla at pool bar only highlight. Made several complaints. As not fluent and only competant in very few greek words including those referring to male hand stimulation, understood receptionist referring to us as such!
