Good foodThe food in the hotel is very good, this hotel is more for families but cater for all needs. We had a good time there as we just wanted a chill out week but not so keen on so many children around. The rooms very spacious and nice size bathroom the big let down in the bath room is the shower and bath the bath is very narrow not really big enough to have a nice bath in and as the shower is over the bath not a lot of room to move around without the curtain clinging to you. The bed was very comfortable but pillows not so good maybe need to invest in some new ones. We did try the massage but my Husband was not impressed as he wanted a firm massage but felt the lady was day dreaming and was just going through the motions, I did feel mine was ok as I only wanted a moderate one. The staff are very pleasant and Christina at the bar got use to what we were drinking and would have them ready for us as soon as she saw as coming. Well done Christina.. It would be nice to have the teas and coffees topped up in the rooms but I knew about that before I went so took my own. Would of liked to have the option of poop towels available but once again took our own but that just adds to the wait of our luggage allowance. We got there 2 am so was really nice that there was some soup and rolls for us to have so well done for thinking of the late night guest coming in. On the whole if was a good holiday but the only thing that made it worth going was the great food and the sunshine..

Fantastic holidayWell I dont know where to start! This hotel was immaculate with no standards dropping even though it was near the end of the season. All the staff are so friendly that includesDean the Tui rep and all the entertainment staff. The food was yummy and varied each night and it was my birthday while I was there and when I returned to my room there was wine and a fruit bowl. The departure when Mr Harri and some of his staff came to bid us a farewell just finished it off and it's the personal touch that makes it. I can not think of anything negative .

Definitely going back again :)I stayed at the hotel in May. Although the season didn't kick off yet, there were already many guests staying at the hotel. However, this didn't impact comfort level - plenty of space in the dining room, loads of available sun loungers by the pool, unoccupied tables by the pool bar. Room was spacious and clean. Had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, so you could tan without going to the pool area. Air conditioning :) What I really liked about the hotel is their eco-friendly approach - paper straws instead of plastic ones, you get a bottle of water upon arrival that you can refill with water in many places at the hotel, energy-saving in rooms. When I left, I saw on Facebook that the staff along with guests were cleaning the nearby beach and planing trees - would have been great to be a part of that! If you have a day trip planned, let the reception know - they organize a "picnic basket" for you for that day. The food ... is delicious. I read in some of the reviews that the food is bland and there's no variety ... I don't buy that. If you don't find anything you like, it's coz you didn't want to. A lot of different options, vegetarian corner, delicious pastries and snacks, ice cream, alcohol - you name it, they've got it; the kitchen staff make an effort to decorate the food area and the food itself - I actually felt bad destroying the butter station and the butter shaped like a harp :D Snack bar available between main meals. Pool bar opens at 10. Would have been great to have more "Greek nights" (all nights have themes, but I see how that caters to the different types of guests that stay at the hotel). Then again, there was yummy feta and a ton of olives on offer every day, so I wasn't complaining :) Christina at the bar - super friendly lady! Give her a raise :) The restaurant manager, Alexandros, was also amazing - positive, always greeting guests with a smile, found time to chat even when things got busy. Once he knows where you are from, he greets you in your native language :) Beach is just down the road, like 3-4 minutes away.

Summer holidaysNice hotel and nice staff. The pool area is very nice and children friendly. The area around the hotel is ok and we could find very good restaurants and markets on walking distance. The rooms are on the other hand very shabby and the whole hotel would need some upgrade, but there was a lot of space in our room for a family of 4, which was positive. Although we had booked the all inclusive service we chose to go out for dinners just to get the nice experience of eating at local restaurants. It was easy to take a trip by taxi to Rhodes city which I recommend. All in all a good and price worthy hotel!

Best hotel ever!Ive been here twice with friends, once in 2018 and once in 2019. We were supposed to visit again last year (august 2020), however we got transferred to another hotel due to Covid-19 (unfortunately). The hotel and its staff is simply the best I have ever experienced (and thats out of over several visits to 13 countries). None of my other experiences can be compared to the staff at Atlántica Princess, they really go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and overall its a joyful place. Weve especially bonded with George, Elpida and Nichos. They are exceptionally worthy to mention as they really took good care of us (and even remembered us the year we came back again). Thank you Atlantica Princess and all of the staff, whos doing such an amazing job! Hope well see you this year.
