  Unas excelentes vacaciones...en un excelente hotel...

  Junto a mi esposa, mis dos hijos y mi suegra... pase una semana y media en este hermoso hotel..la verdad que antes de visitarlo lei algunas criticas no muy buenas del mismo (en su gran mayoria son muy buenas o excelentes)...y para ser sincero no comparto ninguna de las mismas..tanto el hotel, como el staff y la comida me parecieron excelentes..quizas lo unico que se podría criticar es la playa, la cual es un poco rocosa, pero a pocos kilometros del hotel hay unas playas inolvidables...visitar Saint Nicholas... Las piletas son para admirar de lo limpias que se encuentran..el servicio de wifi funciona muy bien (para mi es algo importante), los platos del restaurant continuamente son cambiados, y son todos riquisimos.. el staff...cada uno de ellos, muy amables..para destacar la atencion y predisposicion de algunos de ellos que nombro a continuación.. Elardo (el guardavida), Mark ( de entretenimiento) , Panagiotis ( Jefe de Barman), Héctoras ( Barman) y el manager general, si bien no se su nombre, siempre que paso junto a mi o mi familia, nos saludo amablemente y hasta cuando nos vio con un mapa antes de salir de paseo en el auto alquilado, nos recomendo lugares, actitud digna de resaltar......Muchas gracias por hacernos pasar unas excelentes vacaciones.. Cualquiera que tenga alguna duda sobre este establecimiento..no dude en consultarme con gusto contestare sus dudas..Hablo castellano e ingles. Muchas Gracias..

  Decent standard

  Check in- check in was terrible absolutely no communication whatsoever. Room wasnt ready got told to get lunch before and it would be ready after. However no mention were the restaurant was although it was close, hard to miss really. No mention of the procedures involved for the restaurant. Room- room was modern, upgraded to sea view so was within the main building. The room was suffering with wear and tear and needed some maintenance. The air con was good however if you had it to high it was noisy due to a loose metal part on the cover. Room was cleaned every other day. A fairly big issue in my opinion was the shower head was the wrong side of the bath so when trying to shower you are standing on a angle which can be painful. You could turn the shower up and angle it more outwards however it would make the bathroom into a swimming pool. Smoking is not aloud on the balcony. Pools- pools wear big and plenty of space within the swimming pools for a safe social distance however some guests didnt understand what social distance was around the pool and hotel. They do get waiters to take drinks orders around the pools however you could go a while without a drink as the waiters walk straight past you and go to there mates. They do a happy hour which is quite good different each day so one day it could be a fresh smoothie next day could be doughnuts. Pool bar/snack bar- pool bar was half decent never much of a que. snack bar is limited to a little burger in a big toasted bun. Hot dog, toastie, pasta, fries and fruit salad. Entertainment- entertainment was poor quality. No typical holiday songs just weird songs. They do try hard tho but its the same stuff every day with no thought in it. Restaurant- overall the food was a decent standard however the bread rolls were hit and miss. You have to wear gloves and mask to get any food which was okay and you got used to it when your actually aware and informed of it. Storm weather- very boring in a storm first day you could sit downstairs at the bar however the floor was soaking. We actually had a waiter slip over almost smashing a table glass over us. It wasnt her fault just the tiles are not anti-slip and was not getting mopped down at all. I feel like the hotel could of organised something to keep people going a couple of games or something as it was very boring watching the rain. The next day the staff were brilliant the storm got worse to the fact there was several power cuts for a long period of time. Ended up with no breakfast but they did bring a sandwich and bottle of water round and being told to not leave the room. COVID awareness- COVID awareness wasnt great. Plenty of hand sanitised in reception however the hand sanitised by the lift by the room was empty for the whole 2 weeks I was there. I did not see one person wipe down any door handles or rails or swimming pool rails once. Ash trays were never wiped down after god knows how many people have touched. The pools tables are minging make sure you wipe the down as we did and the antibacterial wipe was black from dirt. The amount of excess waste at the moment is silly. Everything ends up in a bag with a tiny sticker on saying sanitised on. We ended up with around 15 towel bags alone that just ended up in the bin. The amount of excess plates being used in the restaurant because they wont let the chef just drop food on to your plate is ridiculous. Overall the hotel is a decent standard

  My 50th, family holiday

  As you can if you read my reviews we are always away mainly in Cyprus for my partners birthday, as it was my 50th we decided on a family holiday to celebrate my birthday. We chose this holel mainly because it was an atlantica hotel and past experience of atlantica hotels has mainly been excellent and zante being a shorter flight for our young grandchildren. As usual with atlantica hotels the food was fantastic, always something every fussy person could eat and theme nights every night. The rooms were great. The beach was very rocky but if you went far enough out into the sea you got to a sandy bottom, the pool as others have said is quite cold but didn't stop us from using it. The entertainment was fun and overall myself and my family enjoyed my 50th.

  SPA EXPERIENCE

  The Spa is amazing i would highly recomemend to everybody. Joanna is very friendly and professional she is very helpfull and will take care of you. Defenetly visit and get a cretan massage sooo worth it.

  It's not 5 star hotel but 3+

  We are in Elena's hotel since last week. The rooms are not bad (we've got one with the sea view) but the inside stinks of moisture. Some ventilator on the roof of the hotel is noisy and it's irritating while you trying to sleep. Today they did something with that and it's a bit quieter. The worst thing is the food. When it comes to Greek kitchen I ate better feta in Warsaw than here. Other dishes (even fruits and vegetables) are like on the average food court. Maybe it's because of the end of the season. We were glad that we rent a car and could go somewhere else to eat some fresh fruits and traditional Greek cuisine where it's tasted as it should. Pros: - the staff are really nice and helpful - sea view it's great - pool is deep up to 3m - they are cleaning every 2 days - a lot of plants around Cons: - Food - beverages - coffee - beach
