Big disappointmentOh dear where to start, The good things :Air con in room very good and room which was spacious, Only bottled water in room. Beach was lovely and peaceful, we walked along to sister hotel for a drink by the sea.I paid for this Holiday in November last year,So did not get this on the cheap like lots of people in the Hotel, The food was eatable just, no fresh omelettes at breakfast. And lunch and dinner hit and miss. Advertised drinks had run out, pool bar soft drinks ok, in lounge bar mostly flat, so not good as mixers, and worst cocktails I have ever had,Went to sister hotel last year in Rhodes and drinks and food fab, entertainment in evening was so bad we left at 0945 most nights. Didnt help when you hear people who didnt book this hotel till late minute got it cheap and got better rooms and service, will think twice before going A/L again.I know we are in COVID times but we paid good money and felt completely let down. Shame

Well neededI stayed here at the end of September and I was really impressed by the appearance of this hotels exteriors and common/bar areas. Covid restrictions did change everyones holiday experiences this year and this was no exception but I think the hotel did really well with the new processes. Meal times you had to wear disposable gloves and face masks to go up to the buffet and pick your meal. Each night the food on offer was varied and something there for everyone one. There is a snack bar that sells ice creams and light bites for lunch time, we had ice cream here a couple of times and is a nice area to relax. We had a shared pool room and I would highly recommend this if you can! Was so nice having that quiet relaxing space to tan and cool off in your shared pool which was lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The rooms do need a tiny bit of repairing and updating just slightly rough around the edges and not as polished or high end compared to the Atlantica imperial in Rhodes where I stayed the year before. Dont let that detract from the fact that this is a beautiful hotel and staff are very polite and helpful. Right on the beach which was lovely as well, and very chilled and quiet. There is an option to dine at the Atlantica sister hotel a la carte restaurant down the road (although no real details are given of how to get there by reception) highly recommend the dining experience though setting/atmosphere was lovely and food amazing. There is an a la carte restaurant in this hotel and is held near the poolside bar. Though the food was lovely, the setting didnt feel that special and atmosphere not as nice. Drinks where nice and varied, a few branded spirits included in the all inclusive offering. There are some more upmarket gins and tonics available but at an extra cost. I did have a fair few of these and they were great BUT there was branded gins offered at the Atlantica hotel we stayed at in Rhodes last year and if you were all inclusive you got a slight discount on these drinks and I think is a great idea when you have paid a lot for you stay already! I guess where I have stayed at their Rhodes hotel a few times now I have a comparison, and covid did impact the experience a bit as well. I would highlight that, no wine or extras were included in room which is usually included if you are a member of the Atlantica rewards scheme (this could have been due to covid but I cant see how) I did email before staying with them to request a certain room type and mentioned I was a member of the reward scheme. I also I had to chase up reward being added to my account after my stay which isnt great, I tried to do this at the hotel with reception on departure but was not done and then had to follow it up with some emails after my return back to the UK. This hasnt put me off booking an Atlantica hotel again but just tarnished that special treatment we have had in the past for being a repeat customer. Overall , lovely hotel and setting and would book again, but small tweaks needed to make your customers feel more valued. Well done to all staff at the hotel for working this year which has been a difficult time for all in the travel industry

Relaxing...Very relaxing stay here. Lovely food selection. Staff so friendly and very professional. No kids, so perfect to unwind. Private sandy beach with lots of free sunbeds and a lovely clean sea.. Covid-19 procedures in place and adhered too by all. Would love to return.

STAY AWAY.Now that holidays abroad may be opening up again to British people, please note that This is NOT a five star hotel, far from it so save yourself a load of misery and go somewhere else. First impressions are that its in the middle of nowhere but looks pleasant enough. Stepping inside the entrance its beautifully laid out - marble floors etc. but there it ends. We had a swim up room which was shabby and dated. The food was awful - always cold because food was put out in buffet trays at 6 p.m. and had not been refreshed by 9 p.m. It was only stirred. A pure heath hazard. We know this because we spent one night sitting there to find out! Wine is a personal thing but theirs was like vinegar. We were served drinks in old dirty plastic glasses which were also a health hazard. The Tui rep was not interested but took us to the Manager and left. He said sorry and offered us the equivalent of £50 which we refused. The Tui rep said to take up our complaints with Tui when we got home. We did this and supplied photographs but Tui just said 'sorry but too bad' its only your opinion and if you want it to go to Arbitration it would cost us 78 Euros. Horrible service all around. Stay Away.
