Este hotel está solamente a unos 100 metros de la playa de arena fina de Nissi. En los alrededores podrá encontrar tiendas, comercios, bares y restaurantes. Enfrente del complejo hay una parada de transporte público. Hay buenas conexiones de transporte hasta el centro de Ayia Napa, a una distancia de dos kilómetros y medio.Este hotel tiene un edificio principal de tres plantas y dispone de un total de 294 habitaciones. El edificio dispone de un hall de entrada con tres ascensores y un área de recepción abierta las 24 horas del día, así como una cafetería. A disposición de los huéspedes hay algunas tiendas, una peluquería, una boutique, una lavandería, una tienda de recuerdos, una tintorería, cuatro bares, una sala de estar y de televisión y dos restaurantes a la carta, climatizados y con zona para no fumadores, así como un comedor para los desayunos. Los clientes podrán hacer uso de la sala de conferencias y de la terminal de Internet. Podrá aparcar su vehículo en el garaje o en el propio aparcamiento. Para los más pequeños hay un parque infantil. Para rematar el gran número de prestaciones, dispone de servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería.Las confortables y acogedoras habitaciones están dotadas de baño con ducha y secador de pelo, teléfono de línea directa, TV vía satélite o por cable, radio, conexión a Internet, minibar-nevera, moqueta, aire acondicionado, calefacción central y caja fuerte de alquiler. Las habitaciones superiores, con capacidad para dos adultos y dos niños, ofrecen el mismo equipamiento que las habitaciones estándar, pero son más amplias y tienen sofá-cama que se puede convertir en una cama doble para los niños. Las habitaciones para ejecutivos, con capacidad máxima para cuatro personas, están amuebladas como las estándar, pero son también más espaciosas y tienen un sofá-cama que se despliega en una cama para 3 e incluso 4 personas.

    Work and entertainment

    Excellent treatment, good food and nice location. Absolutely recommended. Specially the stuff, they are very kind. Muy buen recibimiento cuando llegamos, la comida es muy buena, todo fresco. El personal es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy recomendable !

    Lovely place

    Just came back from this hotel last week. From the outset we realised it wasnt 5star as stated but that doesnt mean its not a great place to stay. The hotel is massive with pools all over the place and the kids loved it. There was a vast choice of food of very good quality. Its just across the street from Nissi beach which is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this to anyone. The a la Carte restaurant was very high quality although I wasnt that impressed with the Greek restaurant. It looked more like a canteen and the choice is just the meze. Which wasnt bad to be honest. The main restaurant was busy and the coffee machine was the the most awkward. Could maybe do with a few at different parts of it. Altogether highly recommended and would easily go back.

    Honeymoon Holiday

    Arrival pleasent welcome but when given the keys to our room told it was straight down and to the right it was like a maze in the dark. Eventually got the the room which was quite nice overlooking the pool area. Fridge was missing the complimentary bottle of water. So could not make a drink. The bars were about to close and nowhere to have any food. Had a drink from the bar and before we could drink half of it was asked to sit outside as they wanted to clean up. Once we finished i took my glasses back in and he offered us two beers on the house lol we are all inclusive. As the hotel new our arrival times and been a 5 star i thought that some form of drink and food could have been put to one dide or even left in the fridge in our room as a good welcome gesture. When booking the hotel we told them it was our honeymoon and should have had a bottle of champagne and fruit or something on arrival but we had nothing. We had a questionnaire given to us on arrival to be completed and handed in the next day. We did put on its our honeymoon as per our booking but even by the end of our stay we had nothing very disappointed. The room had all basics and was very clean and tidy but the air conditioning did not work until it was reported, even then was not brilliant. The towels i the room first day were really soft and good quality but got worse each time they were changed and by the third day hard and thin. The bedding crisp and white but on our arrival but was not changed once throughout our stay. Day one really nice sunny day went down for breakfast lost of choice but dinning room not of 5 star quality. Went to the beautiful Nissi Beach first class but very busy. Returned for lunch got told off for just walking into the dining room by a head waitress we were told to wait at the entrance to be shown a seat next time. Food excellent choice and quality again only problem is if you had the soup you have to ask for a spoon as none available. This because the table a laid prior to you sitting down and sometimes they forget to put soup or desert spoons. That evening we did wait and the same lady showed us to our table for two then a waiter came to ask us for drinks. After they had been brought to the table its the last you see of them. As in the day food standard is excellent. The weather took a turn for the worse and we had thunder and lightening heavy rain at this point the hotel struugled to cope with the high volume of guests for lunch and dinner. All inside areas were full and the main bar which is quite small full. This putting the hotel staff under pressure which im pleased to say all kept smiling well done to them. Overall our weeks stay weather wise was disappointing and the lack of quality entertainment in the hotel was also disappointing. The entertainment was based around children but did not really change, im sure because of the change in the hotels direction to become a family resort it was ok but not what you would expect from a 5 star resort more like a Bultlins resort. I did not really want to dance like a grandad lol. Sorry hotel score only 4 star at maximum.

    wonderful hotel, fantastic service and heated pools

    had an excellent family holiday with our 5 year old. the food was of a great standard. the room was impeccable and just amazing with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower room and a ps4 for that next level of entertainment should it be required. the hotel was clean, there are plenty of bars and pools, with daily entertainment from the fabulous entertainment team to allow the family to play as a whole and let the children play to allow the adults to relax. would definitely recommend the onsite a la carte restaurants and the heated pools, you don't have to brace yourself for that shock of freezing water

    Great for kids

    We stayed at this hotel in September. 5 of us with two children 3 and 10. The location is great. A beautiful sandy beach on the opposite site of the road which is shallow for kids. Close by to Aiya Napa with its many bars and restaurants. So lots to do. Rooms are modern and pleasant. Buffet restaurant always has a lot of variety everyday and custard every night. Bonus!! The steak restaurant was absolutely beautiful. The local restaurant on site wasnt very nice at all. We went to eat in the buffet afterwards but at least they asked us the issues. The pool was a good size and they had a baby pool with slides etc. Entertainment for kids was great especially Bamse and Captain T which our little one loved. As with every family life it does get repetitive and they need better adult entertainment after 9pm. Maybe introduce a karaoke? There were kids there with hand, foot and mouth disease when we were there and the hotel and reps were very dismissive of it. Luckily our little one didnt get it but felt sorry for the few that did. There was a fire in the sauna when we were there and worrying the fire alarms didnt go off and there was no management present in the hotel at the time. Just the reps trying their hardest to help the guests who couldnt go back in the room but had wet children etc. All in all we had a great time and would recommend.
