Atali! Location, Service and experience! Unforgetteable!Coming from Travel Industry I particularly was observant about the service we received from the time of booking till we left. We were only happy and satisfied with the level of service we got. Somna was pleasant to deal with and very kindly helped us with the booking. We were happy to get a call from Sanjay on our way to ensure we are fine. Once we reached they promptly helped us get our car fixed as we had a punctured tire. Atali, as a property was just perfect, well positioned, well maintained and well kept rooms. What really impressed us was the level of service we got. The staff was very pleasant and showed genuine care and looked after our needs well. Atali offers a lovely sunrise. We loved spending early mornings watching the sun rise. We particularly want to appreciate the staff at the kitchen. They were always available and took care of our specific food requirements. Oh! The in-house bakery products (made by the staff) were worth taking back home. Very tasty and yummy. Do remember to ask for it as they make it only when requested! The Aquaterra activity team Sanjay and Manoj (who we mainly dealt with) had a professional way of carrying activities and were calm and pleasant too. Buppi, the driver was very sweet too. Don't forget to look at the rafting expeditions Aquaterra offers! We are only happy that we chose Atali and we hope to return soon. Cheers! Arun and Swati

Luxury Stay with minor hiccups! The good things first: The location of the property is great. Some of the rooms have good view of the Valley/Ganga. Room No.9 is most sought after so ask for that if you book in advance. The rafting was professionally managed with decent clean equipment. Our guide Sanjay was excellent and we had a great time. I have done rafting 4 times before in Rishikesh but my experience at Atali was definitely the best. They organise an evening tea/kayaking session next to a beach. Good arrangement of tea, water and biscuits. The place is beautiful to see the sunset and the Kayaking (more like a joy ride with an instructor) which is fun! Tip: You WILL get wet so carry a change along. DO NOT wear flip flops. Its a 2-3 minute walk from the road to the beach with unstable patches. The rooms and bathrooms at the property were well appointed. Please bear in mind that as the property is on a hill, there is alot of steep steps and walking to reach your room. Please pick your room wisely. Somna who takes care of reservations should help you understand this better. The service at the restaurant and the deck area was great during the meals and evenings with prompt and well trained staff. Now the bad things: There were a lot of confusion regarding consumption of food and drinks near/around the pool area between the members of management available on the phone and available on site. We were stopped one day but specially called and offered to do the same thing another day. One of our rooms had an expired Milk Powder sachet. (And now to be absolutely fair to them) Upon checking our other rooms as well as Atali's store's stock, we couldn't find any other expired sachet. So this was really strange. The water in your rooms is kept in glass bottles refilled on request. Just that for the refill, the staff was seen dipping their fingers in the jug while pouring water into the bottles. Neither hygienic, nor acceptable during Covid times. One last thing. You know you are booked out. There is no place for your guests to go out nearby to eat. So you have to cater for enough food for everyone within the prescribed time of the certain meal. Twice this happened. Once they ran out of a dessert and once they ran out of one of the dishes. Kind of not acceptable when you are paying in advance for your full board stay! Overall, minus the minor hiccups (which I believe are fixable in case they take reviews seriously) the stay was comfortable!

Stunning Property with a Great View and Great ServiceThis is a beautiful property slightly away from the madness of Rishikesh with a view of the Ganga . The property has cottages which are a slight distance from each other so you get adequate privacy . The only option is to eat at the location as it is slightly remote but the food is really good made by a very creative chef . They are associated with a very reputed rating company that has high safety standards so highly recommended if you want to do a rafting weekend . They also have High Lining for adventurous people which I didn't attempt but my friends did . As far as Covid goes they have strict Covid protocols in place in the common areas . The staff is super helpful and friendly .

Most Exciting Holiday!Every minute of my active-holiday at Atali was delightful. The property is perfectly located near the banks of the Ganga and has enough adventure sporting options. I thoroughly enjoyed the rafting experience, even though I am hydrophobic! The river guide Dhruv Rana took great care of me. I'm 45-years old and not particularly fit so the the high-ropes experience (with Jeetu) was thrilling. The cottages are comfortable and the hospitality, the staff, the food - completely amazing. Highly recommend a long weekend at Atali. I'm looking forward to another one soon.
