  Very nice view hotel

  I stated with my family starting new year day. This hotel located nice view point, can look Oshima on left hand, Rishima just in front as and Nijima. The best view is we can look sun rise! We recommend you should stay if you are possible.

  Golden Week trip

  Great seafood. Great onsen. Well kept hotel. Very well suited for families. They have good amenities for children in the bath areas. Ocean views were amazing from the onsen and or room. Onsen water services all rooms.

  Nice view Japanese traditional hotel

  Our family stayed one night. This hotel is located at famous Hot spring area of east Izu. It takes two hours from Tokyo by car or train. If you chose train, you can visit directly form Tokyo station by using Izu-kyu line. I recommend you should choose ocean view room, so, you can look beautiful sun rise and several islands called Izu-Oshima, Toshima and Nijima in the spacious ocean. Regarding with dinner, we satisfied delicious traditional Japanese food like Sashimi, Tenpura and others. Room is very clean up and we could have good sleep in the Futon on the Tatami. We'd like to visit next time when we have a chance!

  Good service but poor for a Prince Hotel

  The service of the hotel is good but is not what I was expecting for a Prince Hotel. Its a bit far from the beach but they have a shuttle bus service for free that is really convenient. If you will stay here, I recommend to take a plan which include the dinner at least, as there is not much restaurants in the area and the few ones located in the zone are a bit expensive. The hotel need to improve the cleanliness. The best thing if this hotel is the hot springs.. If you like hot spring, you will really enjoy this hotel.

  Friendly Staff

  We were greeted by a driver at the train station who was waiting for us- even though no communication had been made that we would get a shuttle, I was great full because the hotel is located up the hill! The staff, who spoke enough English to get us settled in, were so sweet and friendly. When you enter the hotel, don't be discouraged by the carpet- its a bit dirty, but we found the room was clean, as were the facilities we used on the property (onsen, and I saw them cleaning the pool every day). It's just an old hotel. Rooms were plenty spacious, we had a lovely balcony and room that overlooked the pool and the ocean. The wifi did not reach our room- I could access it in the lobby only. There's a path that runs to the side of the hotel that will take you down to the main part of town (beach, bus stop). The path is next to the underground tunnel to the family mart. Make sure to ask about dining times and places! The last night we were there, everything was closed (not sure why) and we wound up eating at the family mart!
