  Great stopover to relax

  A first visit to Airlie beach decided to stay out side the main What a great place to stay Two bedrooms, lounge area, kitchen, dining area and laundry. There is only air con in the lounge area which was a worry for me initially with ceiling fans in all rooms however I slept well and found the aircon on in the lounge and ceiling fans on was all that was required BBQ facilities were great and pool was a great place to relax A short walk to supermarket and some shops Bottom of the street there was a lovely walk along the shore they called the boardwalk. It was a highlight Decided to stay longer but was unable due to booked out Will be back

  disappointing

  we had the penthouse unit,was so looking forward to having a spa bath nope didnt happen it leaked more than leaked water was in hall way and one of the bedrooms did say something nothing happened also asked for extra blankets my god they were so stained had holes and only good for a dogs bed, the receptionist was embarressed giving them to us, the beds were so hard we all were on panadol for the pain,i have travelled all over europe slept in some not nice places but this place was up there, i have sent a email off three days ago but nothing. yes close to all amenities nice pool area .i will not be recommending this place

  Holiday

  We had a lovely stay here , great position near Banjos restaurant, nice pool, gardens need attending, cleaning let the apt down, our apt was not cleaned only the beds were made.Large apartments but Over priced .

  Disgusting, smelly, run down, left a day early!!!

  This room did NOT match the photos we saw online. It had a strange smell. The blinds were filthy, the fans dusty. There was only dirty blankets in the cupboard and a sheet on the bed. The air con was broken (we were told it was going to be fixed, it was not) I electrocuted myself on the range hood (which they duct taped back on) there was an air freshener sticky taped to the ceiling. The dryer didn't work, the wifi didn't work. We had no bath plug and had to call for one. I found a cockroach crawling in the bedside draw. The shelves in the cupboards were filthy dirty. I complained and got out of there, the owners/managers didn't bother to contact me. I wrote emails, letters, tried to take them to fair trading. Eventually expedia got me a refund but only for the night I didn't stay, not for the 2 I did (should have left straight away, but I was travelling with 3 small children. The owner made out like I was making a big deal over nothing.... SEE PHOTOS!! Would never stay or recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!

  Rest and relax

  This is a great spot to rest and relax. Yes its outside of the hustle and bustle of Airlie but thats what makes it great. The rooms are huge, you can cook your own meals and you save $$ because you are outside of Airlie. The beach is a short stroll down the road and theres a net area to swim safely in. Theres a great shopping centre about 5mins walk away with everything you need. The only downside...the leaky shower tap and the aircon doesnt quite reach the main bedroom.
