  Hidden Gem in a great location. Would recommend :)

  PROS: Clean & new 2 bedroom apartment with chic modern design and marble tiles New & nice furniture including washing machine New & modern kitchenette with microwave & fridge Awesome deep sunken bath Spacious carpeted bedrooms Comfortable mattresses and pillows Friendly & professional service Great location, near lots of restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy and 10mins drive to Granada Mall Satisfactory breakfast delivered to room every morning, that changes (Eggs one day, pancakes another day) Parking on site Good efficient housekeeping daily There is a little Kids Club where you can watch from your room from a certain channel on your apartment TV you wanted to leave the kids there alone CONS: Even though the bathroom is really modernly designed, it wasn't practically designed - when you have a shower in the bath, water splashes EVERYWHERE, soaking up the bathroom floor making it slippery because it's marbled. The deep sunken bath was a lovely touch but isn't really suited to also be a shower unless a glass wall or something is installed and can stop the water splashing everywhere Hot water was often limited, which meant that there wasn't enough to properly fill the beautiful bath. My children often complained about the hot water becoming tepid half way through their shower after only 5mins in. There is a lovely designed kitchen including hot plate - but no pots or pans are supplied. In fact, there was only two plates and two bowls supplied in the whole apartment which can sleep minimum 4 No English speaking cartoon channels The ability for hotel rooms to have CCTV footage of the Kids Club is also technically NOT a good thing because it means strangers in any other hotel room can be watching your sons & daughters playing Hotel gym was very small and not very well equipped

  Local with international flavor

  I keep bringing my family over and over again to this place. This place tops lots of international names. This place is clean, friendly staff, quick service, spacious rooms, excellent simple decoration, quite, good parking, great for kids, and value for money. The downside is no restaurants where you can eat but they send simple nice brake fast to your room. Great location near airport and north Riyadh.

  Comfortable stay

  I chose this hotel for its proximity to airport and King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue and did not regret my decision. Both the places were conveniently accessible. Suite is spacious, neat and well organized. Had a comfortable stay. A slight downside is the breakfast which was limited to the price charged.

  Excellent Property

  Excellent Property, well located, unblemished service. Very Comfortable Gym, Pool. Restaurants within walking distance.Shuttle service, kitchenette and minibar is an added advantage.Hope to visit again.
