  Everything was good

  It was good vacation. Good hotel for families. Comfortable location, everything close. Was nice big room, big choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Thank a lot for all employees. We were enjoyed very much.

  Excelente Atencion.

  Reserve en este hotel por 2 noches y satisfecha a nuestra llegada lo mejor y Felicitaciones fue el servicio de Recepción por el Empleado OZ quien hizo todo para sentirnos como en casa. Es importante Cuidar y Felicitar a un Empleado Excelente. Habitacion y Precio y Servicio de Acuerdo. Recomiendo este hotel.

  Good for the price we paid

  We stayed at the hotel for a few days on a special deal from my wife 's work. The room was comfortable and had a double bed rather than two single beds together. For me this is always a big plus. That said the room was in need of some repair as is the hotel in general. The choices of the food were good but the choice of salads were a bit limited. That said there was a good choice of vegetables. All said it was a nice stay and good value for the price paid. If I had to pay the full price I would choose a different option.

  Not what expected

  First of all, I have to say - If the reception manager wouldnt have been so nice to give us another room after our arrival, I would have given 2 stars for this place. She was also very eager to make our stay as good as possible. Many thanks for your encouragement! BUT lets start from the beginning; My boyfriend and me booked four nights - all inclusive. The hotel is very easy to reach by a 5 min walk from the Eilat Central Terminal (where the public bus from Eilat Ramon Airport arrives). Its not in the hotel zoneof Eilat which means that youre a bit isolated from other tourists. We also recognized that more or less only local people stayed in the hotel. (Maybe due to the travel time which was January). The first room which was offered to us was filthy the couch had a big hole (cigarette burned) and there were foreign hairs around the window. Therefore we asked for another room. This one was clean but also not in the best condition (strongly used as the whole building - see pictures of the lobby enclosed). The restaurant is not situated in the building of Astral Nirvana Suites. Its at the neighbor complex Astral Nirvana Club which cant be accessed without going outside (either via the street or via the shared outdoor pool). The food was ok but absolutely nothing special. The staff at the restaurant was nice but the guests werent! Taking lunch or dinner was always a mess. If felt like a pack of hyenas are fetching theyre prey. (Sorry but Ive never experienced this in another country / city / hotel). The bar at the lobby was ok but they just had basic stuff (one kind of Vodka and one kind of Gin). But they couldnt even make a Gin Tonic since they had no Tonic Water. The worst thing about the bar is - it closes at 22:00. This is the time where guest are coming back to the hotel from their trips. And the bar is just closed. Very bad. For leisure activities within the hotel theres not too much stuff to do. No gym, indoor pool is also outside (covered with a tent) and made mainly for children. Concluded- we wouldnt recommend the hotel even if it offers all-inclusive service at least in January when you cant really use the outdoor pool and locals are overrunning you by taking your food. Check - out was pretty convinient. They also allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room. Also thanks for that.

  Great vacation

  We spent 4 nights at nirvana suites, the family room was big enough for us with two kids. The hotel is extremely clean, the stuff was very helpful and polite, the pool area and the pool was not crowdy even that the hotel was full capacity. Although the covid 2019 is very challenging period the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the tourist promenade. Highly recommended.
