  Excellent holiday

  We have just recently come back from an excellent holiday at Falls Creek with the family and extended family. We stayed at Astra Lodge and could not be happier. We picked really well. The lodge is excellent, the food is really nice, the accomodation is just 5 star quality. We stayed in a very spacious room with a mountain view and everything inside the room is top quality. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved staying in front of the fire place after my meals and also up in the library area just chilling out. We also had beautiful massages. I highly recommend this hotel. Harry and Archer from the reception are amazing public relations representatives for the Lodge. Nothing was ever an issue and always extremely happy to help. Thank you so much guys! We needed some urgent medication for my daughter who became sick and the hotel manager was extremely helpful and was able to help with this. Everyone was just very welcoming to our family. We just had the best holiday! Thank you Astra. I hope we can come back next year. P.S. Please remember to take your togs as there is a heated pool in the lodge.

  Simply Brilliant

  Superb service. Room was available when we arrived, friendly service and guidance to Base Two rental - quickest we have ever been fitted out with lift tickets. We had 3 days at Falls Creek and the way that Astra facilitated our stay made every minute count. I could not say a bad word about anything at Astra - this is now our new favourite place at Falls Creek.

  Amazing

  I had an unreal stay, the staff were great. The breakfast & staff at breakfast (Sallie) in particular, the pool facilities and the skiing. Jemma was very helpful with everything with our stay, cant recommend enough.

  Luxury in the snow

  Facilities were fantastic, from the bar, lounge and dining room to the splendid pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Big comfy bed. One quibble: our family room had a sofa bed for the kids which was of the cheap and nasty variety, and not at all comfortable when unfolded. At the price paid for the room, this was a downer indeed. Friends got a room with bunk beds for the kids, which was much better.

  Absolutely Perfect

  I stayed here for a week and it was perfect. I had the best experience ever and I recommend it to anyone out there and it even included lots of great things with the hotel such as a pool, spa, sauna, steamroom, a place to keep your skis and snowboard And even rides to the slopes in a safe vehicle. I personally think this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I hope that you enjoyed your trip there or if you are thinking about going I definitely recommend it.
