    Hotel in bad condition! Tv and phone dasnt work, no wine galsis. In room hot. Bad room and other services. For internet wi-fi must pay 20 usd for 10 days.. Reception man das nothing. Only sambody speaks english.

    Good enough

    surprisingly photos at booking and tripadvisor are real - not maked up to look better than they are. It is not 4 star hotel, but hotel deserve 3,5 star. Hotel is small, but not crowded. I would recommend to take room with windows looking outside, because rooms looking to pool, are little bit noisy and in case you want to watch and relax at at your balcony in underwear, all hotel will see that :) Beach is in 10 minutes by walk, small and expensive - drinks and food on the each are not included in all inclusive package. Food is alright, in turkish manner: if you traveled before to Turkey , you will understand. Music is little bit annoying, too much Russian old fashioned songs, but DJs are awesome, don't why they put such trash music. If you speak Russian Be polite and don't take it easy when you will meet Aunt Ira - she will try to sell you all extra services in very patronizing style. BTW internet is not free, but Sauna and Haman are. Over all it is a good hotel for young married couples, with kids also. Party animals will feel bores i guess.

    Would never go back

    The hotel itself is new, with hamam, sauna etc and beach is 5 minutes walk but these are the ONLY good things about this place.. I have never seen more terrible service than this. Hotel also description also says that the staff speaks English, but only one person did vaguely in the whole hotel. The food was bland and always taken away 5-10 minutes before end of meal time. Snacks were only on certain times and people were waiting in huge lines so they ran out quickly. Wifi cost you 2 EUR per day for one device and was very slow.Constantly there was load club music orientated to Russian people and you can't even have lunch or dinner in peace. The bed was really hard and we had a double room, which was obviously meant for a single person and bed was really small for a double also. Just avoid this place, especially if you can't speaks Russian, you won't understand anything and they won't give you any help or assistance.

    A nice hotel with annoying staff

    Stayed there in July 2016. The staff didn't speak English, and expected us to speak Russian. Well, we couldn't speak Russian, so they had to communicate with us in English (in very poor English). Food was quite normal, but it was always the same. The DJ of the hotel was nice, i guess, we only listened him while sitting on the balcony. Music was good, and it was nice to see people dancing there. One of the most annoying things was the staff. Young men who were working the reception desk, they were quite annoying. One of them bothered us almost every day. I don't know, maybe he thought that we were interested in him, but i don't think that it's okay to come to our door at 3am! He also gave "love" letters. But the beach was amazing and the water was so warm!

    My birthday

    We stay 3 days for my birthday, they have got new concept in 2019 it is so nice, we really like to drink cocteyl they are all high quality for five stars hotel, and animation team they all really kind. Espically LELA so nice helpfull and friendly. The beach is also nice but gross side have got little mosqutios it is not good otherwise we really enjoy and happy to being in this hotel. Second part bartender, first bar divo bar they are very nice waiter, barmen barmeyt Burak , Selen , Yücel , Azmi thnks guy for ak amazing coctyl. I Enver forget your taste. Zwedza bar Ekrem thnks also, l have ever the best taste that this all cocktyls
