  Just a comfort sleep

  2 nights in executive suites (901) and nothing special. They put coffee machine in the room without the pod (coffee capsule) so you need to ask every day. Even they only serve the basic tea and not the premium ones. So far I always found premium tea in all suites room I've been experienced and also they replace the coffee capsule every day. The services only give plate off welcoming fruit and some off soft drink + bar of chocolate. Also the breakfast menu just a basic standard. And I tried the food in the restaurant for three menus. The spaghetti carbonara was perfect but for the other two dishes (Iga Rica & Bebek goreng Kali Asin) still need improvement. The positive things of the hotel is the location in the Kota Tua Semarang area and that make this hotel still a good choice to stay in Semarang.

  Nice service but lack of staff

  The check in process not so smooth, we waited for 30 minutes because the room is not ready at all, although it is 14.30. However, the reception showed us great hospitality. Thanks to Mr Felix and Mrs Paulina for the effort to give us best room and best view in the peak season. Thanks also for Mr Andi (night reception) for give us best suggestion of sightseeing Semarang city in the night. I also have some concern about the staff manning of this hotel. At the checking out time, only one reception and concierge incharge. How come one person for each section handled hundreds of guest departure ? We also handled our luggage by ourselves because the concierge and security handled another guest. Overall, the service is nice and awesome, the disadvantages only the lack of staff.   Not bad at all

  I stayed for 5 days, there wasn't something special, Aston just likely the 5-stars hotel in common. But i liked their foods, and their pool. The location about this place is not too stategic enough. Not too bad at all

  Best day ever

  This hotel is interesting and very cozy. There are a lot of fasilities that can we use, like free wifi, swimming pool, ride transportation around hotel, and others. For kids, there is one kids playground and many toys in the inside.

  hotel baru

  I stayed here in December for a family reunion and we really enjoyed it. the rooms are very nice and clean. the views are very nice. The rooms are modern. Overall everything is good and fine. The hotel is family friendly
