  Montaña y spa.

  Hotel de Invierno que en verano ofrece turismo de montaña y spa como atractivo, un poco masificado para mi gusto. Desayuno continental también normal, el spa y los servicios de masaje buenos. relación calidad precio baja.

  La categoría de cuatro estrellas no le corresponde con relación al resto de la zona. Apartamentos normales. Baño correcto. Desayuno horrible. No lo recomiendo. Bueno el spa que está incluido en el precio. Pero muchos alrededor también lo tienen.

  Very Central Hotel - Wouldn't go Half Board though!

  The hotel was great for being central to the Gondola only a 10min walk. The room was clean and presentable. The only negative was I paid for Half Board and it was terrible. I arrived at dinner at 6:30pm when it started and the food looked like it had been sat out all day. You had to pay for drinks. Even the juice wasn't available. The breakfast again was not worth eating. I went once and never went again.

  Not a 4* hotel

  1. The food was always served cold and it even wasnt delicious or diverse for a 4* hotel. I wouldnt recommend half board (better food and good prices in town). 2. At dinner, they close the juice machine and they remove the water bottle so you have to buy drinks from them (other hotels keep the water machine at dinner). 3. Cheap and not refilled soap in the bathroom, no shower gel and shampoo 4. No Clean service (they only change your toilet paper and the trash, not even the towels) 5. Very dirt and moisture in the Spa area (walls full of dampness, slippery and cold floor, sauna is located at another level than the Aquapark) 6. Very thick walls (you can hear the others conversations through 2 consecutive rooms) 7. Very late shuttle bus scheduled due to long ques ( at 8:30 its already 1 hour stay at the gondola lift, so for a passionate skier to arrive in time at the gondola lift its better to walk for 7-8 mins or to park the car there and pay 12 BGN)

  Disappointing

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Astera Bansko, we returned this year as the location is great and every other year we have had a really nice time. Sadly, this year the hotel was let down by their Dinner supervisor who was to say the least "militant" in his approach to our party. Despite the fact that they make you pay for drinks during dinner, we had taken our own water bottles into the dining hall on several occasions during the week and not faced any hostility. However, on one evening the supervisor took severe umbrage to this and forcibly removed our water bottles and threatened to throw us out of the restaurant. The water bottles were filled with the hotels own water and one would assume water was a human right, clearly not in the Astera Bansko! The following evening the same supervisor was rude and confrontational to our party and it really spoiled the last few days of the trip. I would suggest better conflict management training for their staff.
