  WE WERE ROBBED!

  Dont go to this place!!! One of the housekeeping stuff robbed 600$ from us. reported to the management who were not professional and raciest. After we left the management class contacted us saying that they found the money as it was stolen by their stuff. We had even gone to the police. But no point as they dont understand English. And you have to call a legal translater and have to pay him. Ruined our whole vacation.... I will attach the pic of the stuff who stole the money as it was given to me by Mr Ricky the manager. When they sent the money it was 550$ because we lost the money in western union.....

  Nicely set up villa very quiet yet only off the main road . Pool is great only thing is bring your own pillows they are a bit uncomfortable its not a complaint just recommendation staff are so eager would definitely stay there again

  Cumplió mis expectativas

  Mi puntuación sería buena, no normal, pero no lo hay. Me ha gustado mucho: limpia, piscina pequeñita pero suficiente con un cisne muy cómodo, la bañera muy chula y en general era grande y con todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron cacahuetes y galletas, y cosas en la nevera. Pero por lo que pagas, para ser Bali, seguro que las hay bastante mejores: el desayuno con varias opciones a elegir pero no estaba rico, el café todo posos..entraban mosquitos al no cerrar bien las puertas de cristal, daba pocas horas el sol en la piscina y no había demasiado sitio para estar tumbado. Alquilamos la moto con ellos: 90 más gasolina. Para ir al aeropuerto, la chica de recepción muy mal, manera de estafar, me dijo que eran 250rupias, menos mal que uno de los chicos me dijo que un taxi me saldría por menos de 100.

  Recently stayed at astana villas can do with a major update room wasn't that clean spa had a leak pool was dirty breakfast was cold not a large selection. not worth the money you pay to stay here. location perfect would not stay here again.

  Green pool and false advertising

  The reviews and pictures looked great, but they did not live up to reality. When we booked the hotel advertised a shuttle bus (subject to availability) to Seminyak Square. Well, there was no availability as was explained to us as there was no shuttle bus at all. They will call a taxi for you. We were also told upon booking that our rate included afternoon tea. However if you book a week it only includes one afternoon tea. If you book the days separately then you get afternoon tea each day. We were aware we had free mini bar. Great. On check-in we were shown to our room and told the mini bar would be refilled each day. This never happened and once again was told this was an error. The pictures had a beautiful bar in the photo. This was non existent. It is a coffee shop at the front of the hotel but separate. Holes are in the walls of the rooms and the age of the villas is starting to show. The POOL. Well. I have always stayed somewhere with a beautiful pool. The picture had one. I know in rainy season it is harder to keep clean. When we arrived it was green. We were told wait one day abd it will be great. We waited the whole 8 days and it never came clean. It remained green and murky.  Then to top it all off. As we were leaving we were accused of stealing a curtain tie back. After about 10 minutes they found it sitting on the chair besides the curtain. It just topped off our experience here.
